No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. The 60 sqm garden apartment for 2-4 people is located between Munich and Freising. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area with a box spring sofa bed. In the basement the bedroom with 2 windows and a 1.80 m wide bed. In front of the house, the bus runs to the S-Bahn and to Erding. Opposite is a Rewe market. There is a terrace with an awning and a secluded, completely fenced garden. Pets are welcome and a private garage and parking are available!

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
