As advertised, a quiet place by the water, tucked away from busy areas of Big Marco Island. Nonetheless, there are at least three great restaurants a walkable distance away. The house is immaculately clean, fully-stocked, everything works, and the amenities are easy to find and use. You can tell the owners take care of this property. Very responsive hosts too, and with helpful info. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at Evan’s place. Great location to all the wonderful things Marco has to offer. Clean and well furnished. Pool and hot tub a great addition. Loved the screened in lanai.

Nicholas place was just as showed in pictures and stated in description. We lost power one night due to an accident in area for a short period of time. Next morning pool heater was off Nicholas responded in minutes and fixed it quickly. The Pelican restaurant and Gypsy Cafe is beyond amazing for Food (Get the onion Rings). We swim in the pool and it's set at 86 degrees.

Absolutely wonderful! Was perfect for a group of five of us - could’ve easily accommodated another person. We had a family of four, with two boys, five and eight, as well a grandparent with us for the entire trip. I know it might sound very cliché - but the photos really don’t do this property justice! The moment we open the front door you could see the ocean through the living room and dining room out through the pool area, and we immediately felt a sense of relaxation and peace. Our family ended up spending hours and hours on and off in the pool and out on the dock throughout each day. We ended up using the pool area and dock area a lot more than we had initially planned. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We didn’t have a single complaint from anybody that used the beds and a pull out one of the nights. The attention to detail in each of the bathrooms as well as the kitchen were amazing. We’d absolutely rent this again!!
