Vacation rentals with a kayak in Island Park

The place was fantastic. We arrived during a pretty good winter snow storm. Don’t trust google maps as it shows you can drive past the entrance to the cabin, and then loop around and come back. During the winter the county does not plow the loop around road.

This rental was beautiful and secluded off the road. Check in was easy with touch pad code to enter. My husband and I, our 2 adult children, and their husbands spent the week here. Each couple was able to have sleeping accommodations on each floor due to the size of the home. The bottom level had a large sectional with plenty of room for all of us to play games, do puzzles, read, watched movies at night, or play foosball. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pans, bowls, skillets, spatulas you need for any cooking/baking you will be doing. There are lots of throw blankets available to use while sitting by the 2 fireplaces in the home or just laying on the couches looking at the views from the large windows on the main floor. The bathrooms are well stocked with plenty of linens, toilet paper, and soap. Every night we spent outside by fire pit having smores and looking at the most amazing stars. I would give this home 10 out of 10 stars if that was an option.

Beautiful location for our stay. The peacefulness is just what we needed. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We loved using the amenities.

Her gracious policy of “use whatever food is there [including dozens of spices]” and “leave what you had not used” helped us plan grocery purchases and facilitated our easy exit. Her family’s spacious Henry Lake cabin accommodated our family reunion very well. The four teenagers were happy to have their exclusive place on the lower level. Grandparents were delighted with their main level bedroom and adjoining bathroom and the three adult couples managed very well on the upper level with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everyone agreed that their beds were comfortable. Some enjoyed using kayaks. Because of the dry weather and increased potential of forest fires, we did not use the fire pit.

Nice and comfy cabin. Will definitely come again whenever I visit Yellowstone.

Peaceful place, easy to find, 30 minutes from Yellowstone super nice, Stores, gas stations, and restaurants near.

This was a great spot at Island Park. A group of a seven snowmobilers had an awesome stay! It was a little tricky to get in there with our snowmobile trailer but at no fault of Jacobs. The house worked great, hot tub was nice and hot, lots of space, everything you need during your stay was there. The heating in the house is a little bit odd and hard to find a happy medium, but very minor issue. I’m sure we’ll be back in the future.

Very clean and beautiful home! The area is beautiful and within 15 minutes of YNP west entrance. Wonderful stay and one of the nicest stays I have had in the area!

Erics Cabin was clean and worked well for us. We stayed there to go snowmobiling around the area. It's a little tight to get in with a big trailer. But there is a parking lot very close that we parked our trailer at overnight and snowmobiled to the cabin from there. 2-minute ride from the parking lot. Gas station is easy to get to with the trial being so close. The kitchen had great amenities for us to cook our meals with. Nice dining room area to watch TV and play cards at night. Bedrooms had very nice beds. Eric was very responsive with any questions I had. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

Ian’s place was perfect for us because of the great view of the mountain and the lake, enough space for all five of us to sleep comfortably, and the close proximity to the Yellowstone (within 20m drive). We made daily excursions into Yellowstone for 4days and returned to the cabin each night for relaxing evenings. Outdoor space on the deck was great. Thank you for hosting us at a wonderful place.

Perfect location. We stayed for a long weekend to snowmobile and loved the fact we could ride straight from the house to the trails. Perfect place to come back to and relax in the sauna. 10/10 will book again.

The cabin was Fantastic. Lots of room, super clean and nice. I will be staying again and would recommend anyone looking for a place in island park or west yellowstone to stay hear. West yellowstone is only 20 min away from the cabin. The host Jeff was so helpful and he responded immediately to my messages.

Thank you Jake for providing such a great and warm house for our family. This is our first time in Yellowstone. This house is only a 20-minute drive from the west gate of Yellowstone. It is quiet and warm, and the decoration inside is also loved by the children!

It was a beautiful home!!! We were there snowmobiling food and gas were close to ride from house. Was able to ride right from the house to trails. Amazing place!!!
