NO PETS, because of severe allergies. Cute, 1100 square foot home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. About 3 blocks from hospital,4 blocks from EOU. A great view of Table mountain from the dining room table. Often you can watch wildlife. Nice sized yard for barbecues. Newly remodeled bathroom. Large tub. Brand new washer and dryer.
