Just do yourself the favor and book this cozy and squeaky clean home!! Look no further, trust me! Carlos home is top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! My husband and I visited PR to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t asked for a better host and place to stay, we’re glad we booked Carlos place. Carlos responded as soon as we message him, no wait time. He was very very flexible with check in/out time and we’re super appreciative. When we stepped in the apartment you could smell and see pure cleanliness. The apartment isn’t short of anything, everything is available to make you feel at home. The bed is cozy and the AC is super cold. Security is top notch all around, from the gate straight to the apartment itself. We felt super safe!! The beach is right outside the doorway. Carlos provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a cooler was there. I cannot find a thing to complain about, it’s all postivity. This place is so cute and cozy very safe and close to the beach.

I traveled alone and felt completely safe! Although it is in the main downtown area, and you could hear cars (as expected), you could never hear any of your neighbors. And even though it’s right next to the elevator, you can’t ever hear the elevator! The pool is the biggest pool I’ve ever seen! Brendan is the most responsive host I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was accommodating and kind! I walked everywhere… Both on the beach and in the downtown area. I took a taxi to old San Juan and to El Yunque- don’t need a car. The place is super clean and Brendan has thought of everything… beach chairs, coolers, beach bags. Don’t second-guess this! Book it.

We did a 2 month stay and it was awesome. Paul and Carmen went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! I contacted them and responded quickly and were very helpful. All in all a great place and Great hosts. Highly Recommend.
