Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

This was an ideal spot for our visit to San Juan. It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk out with some chairs for a few hours whenever we wanted. The patio looking out on the beach was an amazing place to drink your morning coffee, the proximity to Calle Loiza and Condado made it easy to walk to a lot of great restaurants, and Old San Juan was a short Uber ride away. It was also very comfortable to just hang out inside - the AC worked well and the internet was super fast.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Perfect size for 2, though we didn't try out the sofa bed. There were pots and pans, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and beach towels made available. The 1 minute walk to a 24/7 Walgreens made getting essentials easy (including groceries had we needed them). You are a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs easily for $20. Good food nearby as well. I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as it can be a busy intersection but we felt it was well worth it. Jose is very responsive and will help you with last minute issues. We stayed here 2 nights. If you love vibrant nightlife, this is the place to be. My son and I enjoyed people watching on the balcony at night. It’s walkable to everywhere in OSJ. We arrived bed during the island wide blackout, this place still has full power, AC and WiFi. We will definitely return!

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

I was extremely pleased and happy with my stay at Jose’s Airbnb. It was a very quaint, quiet and peaceful place. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jose was very hospitable, easy to communicate with and friendly. It felt like a home away from home and I already miss it! My husband I are looking forward to going back! Gracias Jose por todo!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything, with great food spots and nightlife just steps away. This sweet place was exactly what we needed. Walkable to lots of local restaurants, bars, sights, museum, arts center, 1500 century castle, etc. Hernán was very helpful with everything. So very accommodating. He was correct about the happy noises during the evening. Because he listed this, I brought my earplugs. Perfect! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

Overall great spot especially if you plan on renting a car during your stay. Everything is very close while still have privacy and a peaceful location. Also it was very helpful to have beach equipment like a cooler and chairs available with the Airbnb.

My girlfriend and I were visiting here from Chicago. And we really enjoyed ourselves Everything was clean and cozy just as advertised. Perfect place for a solo trip or a 2 person get away! Beautiful beach only 5 minute walk away from the house. On our last day, we experienced the (island wide) power outage which affected thousands of peoples homes. But Karim (our host) was so helpful in keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind as they worked to restore power. Our host was also very responsive and provided plenty of information and photos for us to navigate the gates and entries. With clear instructions and rules I would 100% recommend this space and looking forward to being a repeat costumer!

Amy’s place was quaint and cozy— perfect for two people for a few days! It was clean and accessible to everything via uber or rental car. There are some restaurants at a walkable distance, too. We especially loved the outdoor space, cooler and beach towels.

it was a very satisfying state even though I'm not sure if we got it confused or not but on the first picture we looked at it said it was a three bedroom but it was two bedrooms all we needed was two bedrooms but everything was perfectly cleaned and everything so overall we're very happy with it the only thing I believe that you do need to work on the first step when you come up the stairs the unevenness makes it a little difficult when you have a few medical issues it needs like an extra step to step into the other step that's there other than that everything was great

Thus is two apartments right across from eachother in a medium sized building. The hosts were very communicative about all codes needed to get in and instructions about the property. The pool was beautiful, the space was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with basic supplies. The location is truly unbeatable.

We had a great stay! Rosemary was so sweet and incredibly responsive, which made a huge difference throughout our trip. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed—including a washer and dryer, which was amazing to have. From the balcony, we could even spot manatees and sea turtles- part of the reason I booked this stay! The location is central with easy access to many beaches, all close and super convenient. Ubers were cheap, so getting around was a breeze. We didn’t end up using the pool because of the many easily accessible beaches nearby. The only minor downside was some noise from planes overhead and occasional hallway chatter, so if you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might help. It didn’t bother us much because we are used to some noise at night. But otherwise, no complaints. For the price and location, this place was a great find!

Ruben’s place was very nice and as pictured. The view was amazing. Any issues was quickly resolved by Ruben super fast to respond. The hot water does take a while to heat up but it stay’s hot for a while. Security is really nice here and it’s a very safe place. Places to eat and drink with in walking distance. Uber rides to get around are super cheep. Pool was nice and chairs were available. Turtles snails and iguanas can be seen by the pool area. The kitchen I can’t speak for I didn’t use it at all. The fridge has a britta water container in it and also ice in the freezer. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Light sleeper bring ear plugs. You can hear all the outside noise but I loved it. Bed was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Jhensen place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out to me was Jhensens dedication to being available whenever I needed assistance. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and provided wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying here; it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for being such a great host!

They stay was amazing felt right at home . Everything was exactly how it was described . Julie responded fast and even checked in a few times to make sure everything was good . Definitely will book again ! 5 stars all the way around.

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)

I had a great time at Fernando’s rental. It was close to restaurants, bars, stores, and the beach. We even walked to Old San Juan from the condo. Our flight didn’t land till midnight, but check in was still a breeze. The building felt very secure. Having the parking garage directly below the building with access to the elevator was amazing. We enjoyed the balcony most nights. My only complaint would be that you can feel the support bars through the pull out couch mattress making it very uncomfortable. My friend ended up just sleeping on the couch cushions instead, so a new thicker mattress or mattress pad would be amazing!
