Gabriella was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We needed to check in early due to our flight and she helped out with that. The Airbnb itself was very delightful and very clean. The view of the beach was nice and easy access in and out the place. Overall, the Airbnb itself had everything we needed and more. Yes, the airplane noise is loud, but she provides earbuds. A enjoyable stay and would recommend.

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed such as stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful airbnb, walkable to the beach. Safe community, quiet area despite it being very urban

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Mari’s place was perfect for my long weekend getaway! It is literally steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony is beautiful to wake up to. There was a good supply of towels and beach towels which was really nice! Mari also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and helpful info about checking in and the area in general. The apartment was also clean and tidy, perfect for 1-2 people. Thanks Mari!

We loved this place! The check in was super easy. The building was a little outdated which isn’t a huge problem but it felt safe and everything worked perfectly. The location was great and super close to the beach. The beach there is lovely and there’s lots to do. It’s also only 15 minutes away from old San Juan which was very convenient. I would recommend staying there!

Each time I contacted the owner he responded right away! A wonderful place with a view of the beach & of sunset from the balcony (where I spent lots of time), a quick block's walk from the beach, clean, great size for 2 for a week, secure, & at a great price! I'd stay here again. He had beach chairs in case you don't want to rent on the beach. He even allowed me to check out a hour late to accommodate my flight schedule when I asked. Two Thumbs Up! I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.
