Vacation rentals with beach access in Isla Mujeres

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

The place was good, exactly as described. We arrived late to the island but were able to be let in after 10pm. It was nice having a pool to swim in. It’s a great location to walk to the southern most point of the island and see the sunrise. Just be aware that there is not much around the house but it’s very peaceful for walking along the ocean, you just can’t go into the water. I would recommend getting a golf cart or getting the number of any of the taxi drivers in order to contact them whenever you want to head to the north side of the island. There is also a local bus that passes by the house every 30 mins or so that costs around 20 pesos but it’s not the most reliable in the evenings and stops running around 9pm.

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Gabriela and Gina were great in response to my inquiries. Gina was in person at the casa when I arrived and showed me the room and other amenities. I gave five stars for the ocean view. It is awesome whe I work up every morning watching the sunrise blended with the waves sound. Only the washroom needs to be upgraded.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful location! Ariel was very responsive and helpful to our needs. Very clean with everything needed for our week. Short golf cart ride into Playa Norte and easy access to the rest of the island. The most stunning views from the rooftop pool area to the bay and the ocean. Also enjoyed a lovely meal at Sunset Grill below the condo. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

We love the house! And enjoyed our time here, the room was super clean and cozy. It was very easy to reach out to Eric nor his assistance. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

Super logement qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et nous ont accommodés pour notre heure de départ. Communication facile. Je recommande ce logement qui est à quelques pas d'une superbe plage et qui offre la piscine à quelques mètres du logement.

LOVE LOVE this beautiful place!! Perfect location away from the busy of center. Gorgeous view to the east and west. Lots of space. Rooftop decks amazing! Great pool and outdoor relaxation space. Cannot wait to return

My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first trip to Isla Mujeres! Beautiful beach views and close to shops & restaurants on both the north & south ends of the island! The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of room for our 2 families. Communication with the concierge prior to the trip was wonderful & they had golf carts rented & delivered right to the house for us! Someone met us at the house when we arrived & showed us around & gave us all the info we needed. The pool was cool & refreshing on the hot days & they provided plenty of beach towels to use. My only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty & didn’t work in one of the upstairs rooms. Not sure if the issue was the house specifically or just reception on the island in general. Either way we managed to have a great time without it! :)

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

Staying at Igor's place was wonderful! I loved starting and ending my day with the beautiful view of the ocean. Sitting outside at night was one of my favorite things to do. You are also right next door to Playa del Nino. Which made for an easy low key beach day. There was everything I needed to make easy meals. Plenty of bath towels & linens/pillows. Karla was also very responsive and proactive with communication. I had a great stay and would happily come back here!

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

Absolutely loved the place. The views from every floor are spectacular! Great location away from the busier side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The host helped arrange a golf cart for us too. Highly recommend!!

El departamento es maravilloso, extremadamente organizado y limpio! Super completo como la descripción! La ubicación es perfecta, super cerca de la principal zona de restaurantes, fiestas y de la playa, hay mucho que hacer por la región. Abril es una excelente host, nos ayudó mucho con informaciones y nos respondió con rapidez! Fue una experiencia increíble, recomiendo mucho el departamento!

The property was beautiful and very clean, Sergio was very responsive, king and very accommodating. We had an overall great stay it was private but also close to the mall and restaurants and the private beach path was relaxing and very convenient to have a direct private access to the beach! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!! Thank you!!
