It was clean and I had a relaxing time with great care. There was a change of schedule due to the typhoon, but they handled it flexibly and politely. We'd love to stay again.

Great house right by the secluded stand. We had a great week and have rarely seen other people on the long sandy beach. The house is very well equipped with everything. There is even a pool table for the children.

It was very helpful to have my large luggage stored upon arrival.It was also a wonderful memory of the trip that the host told me various things about the island.Thanks to you, I was able to have a unique experience on my first trip to Taketomijima.Thank you so much!

Very large and comfortable house, quiet environment, can park 2 cars, no problem for 6 people to stay, there is a 24-hour large supermarket nearby, only 5-10 minutes drive from the city center, if you want to walk, ride a bike, drive, it is also very convenient

We had a great time! The location, the accommodation and our hosts Valerie and Fu were amazing. They know all the nooks and crannies of the island and will guide you to places that only they know. Thanks to them, we were able to spend a timeless moment as magical as the landscapes that surrounded us. The accommodation is located in the northern part of the island, which, in our opinion, is the most beautiful to explore. I can only recommend this accommodation surrounded by nature and tastefully furnished.

Where to begin! We had the most magical, rejuvenating stay with Chika and Rento. They are a special couple who bring a special energy to their place. We were greeted with welcome drinks and had a nice chat with Chika before we settled in. She was extremely accommodating and helped us feel comfortable. Fair warning - this stay is more akin to glamping, and you will bunk with some friendly critters but the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept like babies with the mosquito netting up. The room was also well air-conditioned and they gave us all the amenities we needed. We loved staying at a cafe, Chika is an amazing cook! We enjoyed farm fresh breakfast and cafe menu each day. Her place is very popular, but we only ever felt at peace and had our own quiet, private space to go back to if we needed it, but we always found ourselves wanting to enjoy the company. If you want to feel connected to nature and be steps away from the best beach, stay here. If you don’t, stick to a resort.

We had an amazing stay at Nobukos house! The village and surrounding is absolutely beautiful and the people lovely! Completely fell in love with this place &the island. It was very quiet and calm. You could only hear the ocean, wind and some birds. And on a clear night you can see the most amazing stars in the sky. We do recommend using a rent a car while staying there. Although there is a bus, its only few times a day and takes away the spontaneity. It works for a few days but for longer stays, it’s better to have a car also to buy food etc. We totally recommend this Airbnb. It was clean and neat. It was by far the best equipped we ever had. From cosmetic products to kitchen items. There was everything you could possibly need! It felt cosy and homely! Although we only wrote with Nobuko, she is the most lovely and helpful host you could have. She helped us so much, even when we had trouble with our driving liscence. Thank you so much ! We hope to be back some day!

A very nice area and place to stay. Without a car, but very bad, otherwise you are not mobile. Great is to have both swimming pool and sea. Josh is very friendly and takes great care of his guests.

What an incredible place! Clean & quiet. We'll definitely be back. The room was spacious and clean, and it was very comfortable with everything from cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and there weren't many other private houses, so we enjoyed BBQ every night and saw fireflies and cuckoos in the back woods. The beach was just a short walk from the house, and it was good for walking and spending time quietly because there were few people. I think it's the perfect place for people who want to spend time close to nature. Thank you very much.
