It also has an HDMI cable and can be used as a PC monitor, making it ideal for teleworking! ☆The air conditioners on both the 1st and 2nd floors have been replaced with high-performance inverter air conditioners (September 2024) The cheap, low-performance air conditioners that customers were dissatisfied with were replaced with new ones (only rooms 1 and 2 of this apartment were replaced) Since it is a maisonette, it is also ideal for use by two families or two couples.
