I stayed with Sandra and Peter for 10 weeks for work reasons and had a great stay. The place was equipped with everything you need, clean and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and helpfulness of Sandra and Peter. They were always accommodating and made sure I didn't miss anything. And there were fresh eggs from the chickens, too. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this place. Thank you for the good time!

Arnd's apartment is located in the south city of Hanover, a great neighborhood, in a quiet corner. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Lake Maschsee is a walk away. The apartment is well and individually equipped. The arrangements with Arnd were straightforward. We highly recommend a stay in the beautiful apartment

The apartment is very nice and in top condition. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Leine. The kitchen is equipped with everything and communication with Ben is great. Five stars from me!

I spent five weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is well equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need and more. Great amenities, pleasant size and it actually looks exactly like the pictures. On the street you can always and easily find a parking space, and the public transport connection is great because you can get to the city of Lebenstedt in less than 10 minutes from the bus stop next door. In the apartment itself, it is very quiet.

Kai is cordial and replies quickly. It was easy to contact with him and get into. The house is equipped and very clean. I was able to find all the things I need for staying. Also the location was perfect for taking the public transport. Just 2-3 minutes on foot. The closest grocery store is located in just few blocks away. Overall I highly recommend Kai’s place when you’re seeking a place like your home to stay in Hannover. Thank you!!

We had a great stay! Check-in was easy and straightforward, and communication with the landlord was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful. I spent six very nice weeks with Ulrike and Ulrich and felt completely comfortable. The two hosts were super friendly and always easily accessible. The apartment is clean and cozy, the surroundings pleasantly quiet. For me, an all-around great stay.

This is a small apartment. I would have preferred a dining table. But it doesn't fit in that way. But I also got along so well. So everything was fine and despite the high-rise no noise without Asis. Also the infrastructure of the house was fine and clean.

We stayed with Uwe and had the whole place to ourselves which had a perfect location. Close to U-Strab. Stop and very well located as far as gastronomy was concerned. The apartment is clean and very spacious so that everyone had their own room. Only the toilet is a bit compact, but (large) people can come to terms with it. Thank you for the quick and uncomplicated communication. We will be happy to come back.

11/10 host and apartment. Great spot near the town and Holger is an amazing host. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Place was fantastic and the included car parking space was a real bonus. If I’m in the area I will 100% be staying again!

The apartment in the old farmhouse is really nice, with old furniture, good amenities, beautiful half-timbering. The hosts even adjusted the heating for us, so we really felt comfortable. And there was sparkling wine for New Year's Eve. Great hospitality. Thanks!

The host is very nice. The room is also fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which is simply my favorite and supported us to make a lot of Chinese food. Despite the small problem with the heating, the host was very helpful and felt good. I will contact the host next time I come back!

We were received in a very friendly manner and we were shown everything in the apartment. Our children were even allowed to play in the garden of Markus & family. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the apartment was as in the pictures and also the check-out worked wonderfully and easily. We felt very comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

Fabulous apartment, just a very short walk from the main train station and right in the heart of the city. Burakcan was helpful and responsive, answering any questions in very quick time. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Hannover. Many thanks Burakcan.

We were with 6 girls for a weekend in the penthouse and it was a very nice stay. When we arrived everything was clean and just as shown in the pictures. Since we were only there for a weekend, it was very accommodating for us that the kitchen was equipped with basic items. Something like spices, sugar, rice, oil… were available. But otherwise there are shops in the vicinity that can also be reached on foot. We had nice weather and were therefore also on the balcony, which is also equipped with a table. In the evening we were in the hot tub, where everything worked out after a short question and try. The hostess was always available and also helped quickly. We would love to come again in the summer.

During the HANNOVER MESSE 2025, accommodation prices in the area are 2-3 times higher than usual. However, this place still offers affordable prices. With a friendly host, clean and comfortable space, and well-maintained trash bins and surroundings, I can only give it a perfect score. I don't know how else to express my satisfaction.
