Located under the attic, this studio of 24 m2 on the ground, renovated in 2022, is on the second floor of a small building, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Composed of a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed, an equipped living/kitchen room and a very small bathroom with shower and toilet (no sink) This accommodation, an 8-minute walk from the train station, is close to the city center, tram lines, shops, the Estacade market. It is accessed by a steep staircase of about fifteen steps.

You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

Florent, mountain guide, offers hikes for all levels, accompanied by Heidi and Doudou our donkeys.
