Thomas' accommodation is both very practical and full of charm. It is very well-equipped, both in terms of cooking and games and amenities for young children. The garden is exceptional. Ideally located in the heart of the village, halfway between the river and the main street, the accommodation offers both calm and privacy, thanks to a sufficiently high wall that separates it from the waterfront. Access to the river is via a pedestrian street that starts a few dozen meters from the entrance, from the main street. We always easily found a place for our two cars in the public parking lot, located a few hundred yards away. We had a great time at Thomas's place.

Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Johann is a friendly and responsive host. The lake cottage is clean, functional and above all is in a peaceful and quiet location. Everything you need to unwind. The outside is being finished however the large terrace with the barbecue is very nice on sunny days. More than pleasant stay.

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the listing is perfect for taking full advantage of the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Armand is very welcoming and very accommodating. Special mention to Françoise who is a very kind and caring person. Our kids enjoyed it a lot, especially our 5-year-old daughter!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description with breathtaking lake views. A small white wine from the region at the reception is a small touch that stands out from the others. Great value for money, I recommend it.

It was our second time in this beautiful house, and the first time we came back to the place we’ve already been before, which speaks for itself. This time we enjoyed it even more, as the weather was great and we could use the terrace with the view on the mountains. Julie and Valentine are very nice and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.
