Vacation rentals with beach access in Isère

Good location, nice and comfortable accommodation, very good bedding, clear instructions, no complaints!

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

Great stay as a family at Séverine's. The accommodation is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean, functional and has everything you need. Séverine is very nice and has good advice for the stay. We would not hesitate to return during a possible future visit to Annecy.

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a villa, spacious, very bright and very clean. This is our 2nd stay at Justine's and we really appreciate the proximity to the lake, the bike path and Annecy. Close-by shops and restaurants. A beautiful place that I would highly recommend!

The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

Very nice place! Loft spirit, modern and clean. The outdoor terrace is a real plus. We used the gas grill, much appreciated. As mentioned in some reviews, no rooms closed but the pull-out bed in the living room is very convenient and the mezzanine spacious. Maryline was flexible with our check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend!

Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

We had a great time at the cottage. The location is nice, peaceful, on the edge of the nature reserve (nice walk). We enjoyed being by car, but the location is also great if you're by bike. The cottage is super well appointed and welcoming, faithful to the photos, a small exterior is also available. We recommend this listing 👍👍👍

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

A real little atypical and charming cocoon. Everything is decorated with taste and care. Attentions that make you happy and that make the difference, the pre-heated Nordic bath, bed linen with a good clean smell, ditto for towels, a bottle of sparkling wine, the essentials kit. A few small downsides; the barbecue was unfortunately unusable because it was not cleaned at all. The floors had not been scrubbed by the previous tenants. The memory foam mattress in the master bedroom creates a hollow so it is impossible to sleep there without pain. We had to clean the ping-pong table and the foosball table completely covered with plaster dust. Note that the only heating on the ground floor is from the stove so it's a real logistics issue to plan for and the mornings were very cool. For even more comfort for families, a small barrier can be added at the level of the staircase for the safety of children and animals. Ventilation for the bathroom.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

We were hosted very well by Fred. The apartment is conveniently located with breathtaking views. The lake, the mountains, and the delicious Savoyard biscuit. If you want to get away from your hectic life... go for it!

I had a great time at Victor's, the apartment is new and very well-equipped, quiet, with the main services very close, within walking distance. The photos perfectly match the accommodation, the terrace is even larger than in the photo. Victor is very responsive and clear in his communication and explanations. I would definitely go back to spend another stay at his place, there are plenty of hikes to do within a close radius.

We came to visit Annecy for a few days and were hosted very well by Vincent and Fanny. Thanks to Fanny's good advice we were able to enjoy the beach below and visit the old town of Annecy.

The accommodation matched the listing perfectly, clean and in a good location. No complaints about the experience itself. On the other hand, communication could be a little warmer and more adapted, as some responses were a little surprising. Too bad, because otherwise everything was perfect.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped and in a good location (between the city and the lake) Quiet location (the railway is nearby, but it's not very disturbing, low speed and no traffic at night) The neighborhood is friendly. Olivier is very responsive, and Marie who welcomed us is very kind. We'll come back to this apartment if we have a chance.
