Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high overlooking hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan". In the house, all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palm trees and olive trees with terrace and Jacuzzi.

The Morvandelle Yurt

C2-La Pause b&b your room in a large gîte

This large, fully renovated 3* cottage offers a quiet stay to meet with friends or family, or simply for a stopover night to discover our beautiful region. Located in the heart of a pretty little village on the edge of the Canal du Nivernais, lovers of nature, fishing, walking or cycling will find happiness there. Possibility to rent a room or to rent the entire accommodation for up to 15 people. 6 large 160 beds and 4 90 beds, bed linen and towels provided.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Counting shooting stars in the moonlight, waking up like a flower with the natural light of the sun, this is the promise of a cocooning and bucolic stay for a romantic getaway. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

La Grange

Need a space for the weekend, vacation or work? This place is great for families and friends/colleagues looking for tranquility. This place was a barn, but now it's been carefully renovated. Between traditional materials and modernity, this place will make you feel good and enjoy a well-equipped home. LA GRANGE can accommodate children from an early age. Dogs are also allowed.

On the banks of the Nivernais Canal.

Come and relax in a nice 70 m2 bright apartment, 2 bedrooms, shower room, large living room with open kitchen and balcony on the edge of the Nivernais Canal and close to the Morvan. Close to shops, water sports stadium, swimming pool, mini-golf, cinema and canoe kayak club. Access to the accommodation will be from the canal side and not from the main street.
