It has a very cozy living/bedroom (1.40 m wide bed), a small balcony for the summer, a very charming kitchen with all household appliances as well as a toilet and a small bathroom with bathtub. Buses (181; 25) and the U2 subway are within walking distance. Nearby Osterstraße offers numerous shops and restaurants.
