We booked Tim’s place the morning of our check in because we had some changes to our moving plans. The house was as described and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the ability to have garage parking was a huge perk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the whole space was nicely renovated. The neighborhood was quiet, which we also appreciated. We initially checked out before our stay was up, but due to more issues with our move, Tim was very accommodating and let us stay as we initially planned. We recommend staying at Tim’s house if you are in the Rochester area, you won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. In fact my 11-year-old said it was the best sleep of his life away from home! It was the perfect space for our family of four. The kitchen is enormous and has everything you would need. The highlight is being right on the beach. Morning walks out on Irondequoit pier were private and peaceful. Kristin and Patrick were very kind and responsive when we had a few questions. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Rochester visit. I plan on returning!
