Matt was very easy to work with, response time is incredible. We needed to check in early and he was willing to work with us, so that was very helpful to our stay. Very clean house!

My family and I have stayed here at least five or six times – whenever we’re in town and the house is available. It works so well for our group (two families, each with several kids and a dog), especially with the fenced-in yard and the big basement for the teenagers. The hosts have made lots of big and small improvements over the years that have made our stays even more comfortable. The house is always clean and well stocked - overall, reliably great and a fantastic value.

Rhonda and Duane have thought of everything with their place! We will definitely be staying again and look forward to it! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts in our travel circumstances! ❤️

Our family had a great time and stay. Very roomy for all 6 of us plus a dog. Fenced in back yard. Great neighborhood. A lot of fun things to do nearby. Rod’s home will definitely be our place of choice next time we are in Sioux Falls. Thanks for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere!

We had a great stay!! Hosts were awesome with communication and accommodations!! Hot Tub was the deal-maker for us, very clean and private! Very nice backyard!! Comfortable, clean beds!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our week-long stay was wonderful. The cottage is super comfortable and just like home, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Kris was very responsive to any questions we had, but we had complete privacy. We would love to stay there again.
