Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Iquitos

Very nice apartment. Comfortable rooms, everything worked well and we really enjoyed our stay. We have already booked it a second time to stay again in a few days when we go back through Iquitos. Carmen was great to deal with.

This is the perfect place to stay if you like a silent, clean space. Davide is friendly and extremely helpful.He know Small and big things about Iquitos and is very generous in sharing the information it is only 10 min.from the centre of Iquitos, and with Davide's description it is easy to come here.he is very helpful with transport. He also helped me with a good place to repair my computer and a very nice place to get a pedicure.The neighborhood is friendly in the evening people sit outside quietly talking and the teenageres out up their volleyball net across the road and do their training and playful interaction. Davide has rabbits, digs cats and a turtle. I absolutely love being here.

This is a lovely, large apartment with excellent amenities. In particular, we enjoyed the rooftop space. Carmen Rosa is an excellent communicator, responding quickly to all of our questions. We highly recommend a stay with Carmen Rosa!

the host was very helpful! it was a bit hard to tell which gate was the entrance but he helped me find it quickly. he also helped move me to the room with the best view. the place has a traditional feel but also a clean all white bedding, which I appreciated. it was close to everything I needed but is also quiet as it is on the water. the AC in the bedroom was great for sleep. thank you for your hospitality!

I have been staying with Davide in Iquitos since 2022, and traveling to iquitos since 2017. I feel very safe with him and his family and the other guests who come over. Any questions or concerns I may have be it groceries, dentist, cell phone repairs, and on and on Davide has always been able to help by utilizing his knowledge of the community he lives in. Casa Italia is cleaned constantly every day, the rooms are perfect for my needs where I can retreat in comfort or socialize if I want to. I highly recommend staying here if it's your first time in Iquitos or you have been coming for years.

Bello lugar, las fotos no son completamente accurate pero el lugar es seguro. María de Jesús es sumamente amable y comprensiva. De esas persnas con las que siempre se puede conversar. Zona segura y tranquila, la ubicación es perfecta para turistear en el centro.

Tolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen Pool und Haus. Wir haben uns hier sehr entspannen können.

Estuve una semana aquí y sí es tal cual las fotos. Hay dos cuartos equipados con aire acondicionado, el lugar es tranquilo, está cerca a una bodega y restaurantes.

El departamento estuvo excelente, súper fácil de llegar, estuvo impecable con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, la cocina está bien equipada para preparar de todo, la cama es grande y cómoda. Jimmy fue amable y la comunicación fue bastante fluida, además nos dejó botellas de agua como cortesía, sin duda volvería.
