Everything is excellent, it is as described, very spacious and has all the amenities, especially the fans and bathrooms, the location is easy to find, well-known and quiet. Giovana was a very good host, always attentive and answering questions. I would definitely stay there again.

I was here for a week and it is just like the pictures. There are two rooms equipped with air conditioning, the place is quiet, it is close to a winery and restaurants.

This is a lovely, large apartment with excellent amenities. In particular, we enjoyed the rooftop space. Carmen Rosa is an excellent communicator, responding quickly to all of our questions. We highly recommend a stay with Carmen Rosa!

The apartment was just as indicated in the ad. It was clean and tidy, Brenda was available for any help, I recommend this place, near the square, it has two bathrooms. Brenda helped us with local transportation since our flights were very late, very friendly. i recommend this place.

Highly recommended, everything is just as shown in the photos, the young lady in charge of handing over the keys is very attentive and willing to help you with any questions about the place.

It's a pleasure to be able to appreciate the quality of this place. The details inquisite taste in the details of the decoration. The layout of the spaces is really functional and cozy. There is an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Definitely an ideal place to enjoy.

Great place looks just like the photos! 2 blocks from the plaza and right across from the river. Best of all the AC blows cold. House is decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Everything super cool Ricardo helped me with all my doubts and concerns he gave me many recommendations of places to eat and visit and my stay in the apartment was great I loved the kitchen and here I could develop I liked the location and everything very close I saw the sunrise and the sunset on the terrace accompanied by some beers although it is true the climate is very hot and unbearable the apartment was very cool since it had air conditioning I would definitely come back

Quiet and pleasant neighborhood, although there is a lot of humidity in the house. The back gate is unsafe, but should hand over that gate key.

Beautiful space inside and out. The staff is super helpful and polite and friendly. Loved the balcony with hammock as well as the courtyard, grill area and pool. Truly lovely place.
