I spent 5 days in April with my son and husband at Igor's apartment in Jatiuca, and I loved the stay. The apartment is just as the photos in the publication show, I was very well assisted to get in and out. The apartment is super close to the waterfront and has everything we need nearby. I loved and indicated.

We stayed 6 days in Leila's apartment, as a family and we felt at home. Rosângela, responsible for hosting us, was wonderful for begging and very helpful The apartment is extremely clean, clean and fragrant linens, we will definitely be back. The kitchen has everything, a pressure cooker, baking sheets, we even made a lasagna lol. We just missed having a TV in at least one of the rooms, as we were with children, it would be nice to distract them a little. However, nothing prevents you from returning, because it was really worth it! The view from the bedroom and living room to the Pajuçara sea is unforgettable, it makes you want to live there lol thank you for everything and congratulations on taking care of the guests, we feel how much you care about every detail!

The impeccable convenience, comfort, great location, lots of shops nearby and waterfront. Ivan is simply amazing with his hospitality. The apartment is as advertised.

It was truly amazing days in the 2 and a half weeks we spent in Maceió !!! Impeccable apartment, had everything we needed, very comfortable, we felt at home . Apartment as described and reality in the photos. Fabrício and very kind, responds quickly and very requested. Bairro bom é seguro, 4 quadras da marla, supermarket nearby, pharmacies, restaurants . No Words !!!

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. It was a wonderful experience! Congratulations Isadora, for the organization and commitment.

I really liked the apartment, it's exactly as published in the photos. It is close to pharmacy, market and restaurant. Quiet place for hiking. Mr. Jarbas and Mrs Cristiane were always helpful.

The accommodation exceeded expectations, everything was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped and the room had an iron, hairdryer and excellent air-conditioning. The building has a 24-hour concierge, parking and elevator. The location is very good, close to the Ponta Verde beach waterfront. There are two supermarkets that are very close to the accommodation.

The House is exactly what it appears in the photos , large kitchen, rooms with air, clean pool, good for children, it is inside a condominium. It is not seaside, but by car it is 7 min. from Frances beach which is a beautiful beach, and further ahead other wonderful beaches. We know several beaches. In the neighborhood there is a grocery store and grocery . Host was requested , responded quickly , whenever we need it. We loved the stay.

Second time we were in the house, and like the first time, it was worth a lot. Casa Completely equipped, clean, Dona Maria very attentive with any request. Gratitude for everything!

The house has a great location, with excellent bars to enjoy the night, comfortable accommodations, delivers everything that is advertised, and the difference is the hospitality and welcome of Mr. Hélio, always helpful, made me feel at home.

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The property is super cozy and well cared for, offering all the comfort and convenience we needed. The house was equipped with everything that was needed, from kitchen utensils to comfort items for moments of rest. The location is wonderful, with the house being right in front of the beach, which allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the sea. In addition, it is situated in a super quiet area. We will definitely return to enjoy this amazing place even more. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

We spent amazing days in this house! The house was very close to the sea, wonderful and the tranquility of the place provided us with unforgettable moments as a family. We went in 20 people and loved the comfort of the house and the pool that was perfect. We can't help thanking the location manager, Mr.Davi, who was very attentive and everything we asked for he always solved with agility, and he indicated to us the cook Tereza, who is also great.

We spent a total of 35 days in Maceio and in this house. Everything works as expected. The house was impeccable when we received it and during our stay the occasional problems were quickly addressed and solved by Irwing. We were happy with everything. The place is wonderful for those of us who like to be far from downtown. The best beaches with few people are on the north side. The house is well equipped and in good condition. The pool is maintained every day, which is a pleasure after arriving from the beaches.

The apartment is amazing! It’s just in front of a paradise. We felt really relaxed and we loved the balcony with coconut trees around and blue sea views, the condominium facilities, the beach just a few steps from the apartment and the ocean in front of the pool. Lafayete is warm welcoming and cooperative as a host, helping us with everything (and even more) we asked for. We had a perfect family’s vacation. Hence, we do recommend the Lafayete’s apartment much for guests looking for relaxed vacations, and we ourselves can’t wait to come back soon.

Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️

Or exceeded my expectations, the apartment is close to everything, has access to supermarket, pizzeria, shops, etc.. The house is very cozy, concierge 24hrs, super flexible check-in and checkout is a very good point! Communication is very fast, doubts, questions everything is well clarified, they are very attentive.🥰 Esper back more often 😍
