The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. "Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. A self-contained, cosy loft studio with everything you need for a relaxed stay and stunning views to the South Downs. Fast Satellite Wifi, parking, deck area plus garden space with seating. Shower room, kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, air fryer, bike store. Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

Fyning Granary and Shepherd's-Hut

Quirky farm building linked, via wooden decking, to a shepherds-hut. Set within the garden of a C16th Manor Farmhouse, tennis court and country walks directly from the door, safe parking year round. The buildings are let together as one, they are calm and comfortable with raised sleeping areas so most suited to agile guests/families with older children. Rustic and rural space bordering working farmland with plenty of resident wildlife located within the South Downs National Park.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

The Glade at Ladyhill Vineyard near Winchester

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
