A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. The “Sti Messada” house is built according to the traditional architecture and the respect for the environment. The local stone and the carved rocks on the walls, the intense presence of the wood and the natural ventilation offer ideal temperature all over the year. The view from the different places of the outdoor area is idyllic and rewardable for the visitor. The route for the house is across the picturesque alleys, as it is located in the center of Chora which remains untouched by cars.

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.
