This villa is an extraordinary location on a jewel of an island. The home is very spacious with lots of separate areas to enjoy, so you can have great together time and private time as well. Ioannis was there to greet us with wine and goodies and the home is lovingly attended to by a couple that lives nearby. Any requests we made were immediately addressed. Full view of the Aegean plus a 5 minute drive to the best beaches on Kea. The island is not overrun by tourists and the people are lovely. Highly recommend a visit to the ancient ruins at Karthaia (we hiked and also took a donkey for our daughter). Will remember this vacation forever!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

Casa fantastica, in posizione bellissima. L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità e perfettamente attrezzato per ogni attività. Alexia è stata un host attento e premuroso. La strada per arrivare alla casa è un po' difficile, ma per chi visita Kea, isola tranquilla e selvatica, le strade difficili sono una costante! ;-)

George est un hôte extrêmement accueillant et plein de bons conseils. Il nous a envoyé toutes les bonnes adresses et les activités à faire. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Merci!

Υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο αρνητικό με το σπίτι του Γιάννη και της Κατερίνας και δεν είναι άλλο από το ότι στο τέλος της μίσθωσης πρέπει να επιστρέψεις το κλειδί! Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με 360ο θέα προς την Ιουλίδα, τον Οτζια και το λιμάνι, ενώ με καθαρό ορίζοντα βλέπεις μέχρι το Λαύριο και την Κάρυστο! Η περιοχή δε λέγεται τυχαία Μύλοι. Είναι το πιο ανεμοδαρμενο τμήμα του νησιού. Με το σπίτι να έχει εξαιρετικής ποιότητας κουφώματα και σίτες σε όλα τα ανοίγματα, βάζεις όλα τα παράθυρα στην ανάκληση ολημερίς και μπαίνει όλο το Αιγαίο μέσα στο σπίτι. Μοναδική εμπειρία δροσιάς. Τη μια εβδομάδα που μείναμε μόνο μια μέρα χρειάστηκε να ανοίξουμε το κλιματιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι άνετη, ποιοτική και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ενώ το αυτοκίνητο παρκάρει ακριβώς δίπλα από την είσοδο στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο και κάτω από στεγασμένη πέργολα που το προφυλάσσει από τον ήλιο. Ο Γιάννης και η Κατερίνα υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες! Σας ευχαριστούμε οικογενειακώς.

The villa is perfectly as described and Victor has been very responsive and kind from our booking to us leaving the house! The location and the view are perfect close to Ioulis amd start of hiling trails and 15mn to 20mn to 4 different beaches! Sunsets are incredible! Plenty pf equipment to make your stay directly comfortable !

Such a perfect place for some peace and stillness. And some beautiful beaches a short drive away. I will never forget watching the sun come up every morning as if I was watching heaven unfold in front of me. The view is really something.

A beautiful house in an amazing location just as we had hoped. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.

We fully enjoyed our stay in Fotomari! The home was full of “Greek” charm! In particular, the views were breathtaking! We very much appreciated the pet-friendly policy! Our host was kind, responsive and helpful!

Το σπίτι της Ματίνας βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο, αμφιθεατρικό στον Μέριχα, παραπλεύρως ενός γραφικού ξωκλησιού. Η πρόσβαση είναι σχετικά εύκολη (ο δρόμος είναι ανηφορικός χωματόδρομος), αλλά ακόμα και με μηχανή δε δυσκολευτήκαμε. Η θέα του είναι αδιανόητη (έχεις πιάτο όλη τη θάλασσα) και μπορείς να μεταβείς στο λιμάνι με τα πόδια,αν αντέχεις ν'ανέβεις την ανηφόρα μετά! Σ' ό,τι αφορά το σπίτι είναι όμορφο & cosy, αν και ίσως χρειάζεται κάποιες μικροβελτιώσεις σε λεπτομέρειες. Η Μ. μας και μας έδωσε τις απαραίτητες οδηγίες. Είχε στο δωμάτιο όλα τα απαραίτητα, καθώς και πρωινό (μαρμελάδες, βούτυρο, φρυγανιές κτλ). Η κουζίνα ήταν εξοπλισμένη με βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, μάτια κουζίνας, υγρό και σφουγγάρι πιάτων,ενώ και το μπάνιο είχε τα απαραίτητα σαμπουάν και χαρτί υγείας. Στο μπάνιο η ντουζιέρα δεν έχει κάποιο περβάζι για να μη βγαίνουν τα νερά,αλλά η κλίση είναι τέτοια που δν υπάρχει κανένα θέμα! Διαθέτει κι a/c αλλά όχι ολόσωμο καθρέφτη. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι!

Ενώ ήταν όλα υπέροχα , δεν θα συστήναμε το σημείο σε ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν τζιπ & έχουν μικρά παιδιά . Υπάρχουν 2 δρόμοι οι οποίοι είναι χωματόδρομοι . Ο ένας επικίνδυνος , στενός με ογκώδεις πέτρες ο άλλος ελαφρός πιο στρωμένος αλλα τον συστήνουμε λόγω του ότι είναι πιο φαρδύς έστω. Πάντως το σπίτι κ η θεα του ήταν υπέροχη .

Maria nous a accueillis à la sortie du bateau et nous a guidés jusqu'à la maison. Elle était très sympathique et efficace. La maison est agréable et a du charme. Les deux chambres du bas restent fraiches (nous avons dormi sans clim fin août). L'île est agréable et pas du tout surpeuplée fin août. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui est assez grande et profonde. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (3 nuits) dans cette maison.

een absolute aanrader voor wie houdt van rust en privacy, een schitterende plek met een magistraal uitzicht over de baai. Naast luieren en zwemmen bij de villa, kan je zeker ook leuke plekjes en restaurantjes bezoeken. Als je een beetje getraind bent, kan je jezelf wagen aan de oude uitgestippelde wandelpaden die je naar prachtige uitkijkplekjes en afgeleden strandjes brengen. De gastheer Nikos is steeds bereikbaar en geeft ook allerlei nuttige tips. Kortom : alles voor een Topvakantie !

Cette maison est vraiment un lieu parfait pour passer des vacances paisibles. La terrasse et la piscine sont extrêmement agréables, on ne se lasse pas de la vue, et des couchés de soleil! La maison est grande et très bien équipée, tout a vraiment été parfait, je recommande!!

Υπεροχος και καθαρος χώρος. Καταπληκτικη θεα . Η πισινα επιβλητική οπως και ολόκληρο το οίκημα .Ανετη διαμονη για 2 οικογένειες. Σχετικα δυσκολη προσβαση καθως τα τελευταια 2 χιλιομετρα γίνονται σε κακοτραχαλο δρόμο.θα θελαμε το σπιτι να διαθετει εστω τα βασικα για πρωινό καθως και χαρτι κουζινας και χαρτοπετσετες καθως η έλλειψη τους σε συνδυασμό με τον δρομο μας δυσκόλεψε το πρωτο πρωινο. Οπως και να εχει θα χαρουμε να επιστρέψουμε γιατι ειναι ενας χωρος που πραγματικά αξίζει.

La maison a une superbe vue , les abords et la piscine sont très agréables , la maison est très bien équipée , la climatisation fonctionne très bien. A noter qu'une des 3 chambres est en sous-sol avec une très petite ouverture , et la 2eme chambre est de petite surface. Enfin l'accès se fait par une piste non goudronnée plutôt mauvaise . L'accueil de Sofia est excellent et nous a fait découvrir quelques spécialités de l'île qui étaient délicieuses.

The villa was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (but no toaster and microwave, no pantry other than the fridge). We had the shared pool all to ourselves because no one was staying in the villa next to ours. A car is definitely needed to get around, as the distance to restaurants, grocery and beaches is too far by foot. The sunsets from the terrasse were spectacular. Georgio was very prompt in his responses when we had questions. We would definitely recommend staying in this villa!

Incredible villa, exactly as the photos show. Maria and Mona were great and made the experience so easy and comfortable. The villa is an excellent size, fully equipped with everything you could need (cooking, laundry etc) and very tastefully decorated. The views are amazing and the outdoor space is truly unique - tons of covered and uncovered outdoor space, a good sized pool, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen. The only minor downside is the gravel road to get there which is about 6mins of driving (not a problem). Great local suggestions and overall an extremely positive experience, would highly recommend.
