Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

The local stone and the carved rocks on the walls, the intense presence of the wood and the natural ventilation offer ideal temperature all over the year. The view from the different places of the outdoor area is idyllic and rewardable for the visitor. The route for the house is across the picturesque alleys, as it is located in the center of Chora which remains untouched by cars.

Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

A very cozy house extremely clean nice welcome clear guidance. People with kinetic problems will find some difficulty but it is worthy!Ioulida is an amazing traditional place and Heracle’s house added to the experience !Thank you

The hosts are very welcoming, attentive and caring. We were surprised by the responsiveness of Marilou and Tassos and their involvement to ensure that our stay went smoothly. They will be there to help, if needed. The accommodation is impeccable, the decoration is halfway between tradition and modernity, the cleanliness is at the rendezvous and the furniture offers all the comforts to rest and enjoy the house. The house is located in the heights of Kea offering beautiful sea and sunset views. All the necessary conditions for a refreshing and relaxing holiday are there. There is a small village not far from the house and supermarkets. Many walks are also accessible with or without a vehicle. In short, great stay, beautiful place, dreamy cottage!

The house and beautiful garden were perfect for relaxing, just as I had hoped when choosing the property. There are some adjoining houses, but the garden is very private and the views from the living room are lovely. We spent a lot of time just looking out and bird watching from inside. It was windy most of the time we were there in mid June, but a choice of outdoor tables and a roll down windbreak meant that you could sit outside most of the time. The house is very well equipped and feels like a home, not a holiday let. The downstairs bedroom has a huge, comfortable bed. Manu was very easy to contact and always friendly and helpful. A visitor’s guide explains everything about the house and has recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. The central location was perfect for us, with interesting flora and fauna just outside the gate. There is a small supermarket and bakery nearby that stays open until 10 at night which was a relief as we arrived on the evening ferry.
