House vacation rentals in Ios

We had the most incredible stay at Christa’s home. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this gem! Christa was a wonderful host, the location is just 2 minutes from the centre of everything yet it’s so peaceful, there is a shop and taxi rank at the end of the drive, the apartment was clean and perfect. The animals we felt really made the experience, they would greet us every morning and we loved getting to know their individual personalities. We found it difficult saying goodbye to them all! Christa very kindly arranged the airport transfers for us, sent us recommendations and informed us of a firework event that was happening in Fira. We also watched some beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the garden. Personally we think this is a better option than staying in the centre as some of the hotels are rather overlooked, whereas this offers a peaceful, secluded retreat but at the same time you get to experience beautiful Oia! We 100% recommend staying, it’s a very special place!

Wow, wow, wow, what a place! If you are looking for a tranquil getaway, then look no further. A gorgeous villa, with exceptional outdoor area with private pool and spectacular sea view. The photos and villa description are accurate and you will not be disappointed. Excellent communication leading up to and during the stay. The owner, Babis, was very friendly and extremely responsive and we even had the privilege of viewing his new properties soon to be completed. Room service was provided twice during our 7 day stay, which is exceptional. We even received home made treats , which were delicious! The host was amazing, providing information on restaurants, excursions, car hire and taxis, and was more than happy to make reservations on our behalf. As others have commented, the villa is in a peaceful location (which is why we chose it), so to venture beyond the village you will need transport. We opted for the VK Tours, as recommended and Panos, the driver was incredible.

The villa is gorgeous in every detail and is even better than it looks in the photos. The owners have done a fantastic job of decorating and furnishing it, making it a lovely calm, easy place to live. It has everything you need for a relaxed holiday. The pool is perfect!

Vom Zeitpunkt des Empfangs bis zum Zeitpunkt der Abreise war die Unterkunft samt dem Personal einfach nur Traumhaft. Einfach nur empfehlenswert!! Wir sind viel am reisen und müssen zugeben dass das was uns hier geboten wurde bis jetzt nur einmalig war. Geiles Team geile Unterkunft.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel grâce à Vasilis. Dès notre arrivée, il a été extrêmement accueillant, chaleureux et plein de bons conseils. Il nous a donné énormément de recommandations locales, toutes excellentes, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Le logement était parfait : un jacuzzi chauffé pour se détendre, une salle de bain moderne avec de l'eau chaude en abondance, le tout dans une propreté irréprochable. Vasilis a également proposé de nombreux services pour améliorer notre expérience, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. C’est rare de rencontrer un hôte aussi attentionné et passionné par l'accueil de ses invités. Nous recommandons Vasilis sans aucune hésitation et espérons revenir très vite !

PERFECTION! Our 6 night stay at Lithia Villas was the highlight of our visit to Greece this year! Haris & Sara are the epitome for genuine, friendly and attentive HOSPITALITY! Our villa was pristine is every detail with a stunning & tranquil setting. Incredible views of the Aegean and mountains from every window and veranda…and having the beautiful sunsets each night from the incredible swimming pool topped it off. The location was perfect; so quiet yet only a couple of minutes drive to Chora! Our kitchen was restocked every day with eggs, milk, fruit, bread, lunch meats & yogurt and the villa was meticulously cleaned every morning. Haris and Sara are truly exceptional hosts and we WILL definitely return. I had packed a lunch our final day for the ferry ride back to Naxos but forgot I left in the refrigerator. Haris texted me when I was at the port and said he was on the way to bring me the sandwiches; as he did, and that is only one example of their HOSPITALITY! Thank you so much!

Η κυρια Σπυριδουλα η μητερα του Κυριακου ηταν εξυπηρετικοτατη. Μας προσφερε φρεσκα φρουτα και αυγα για την κορη μας. Ηταν γλυκητατη. Το σπιτι ειναι σε μια ησυχη ρεματια 10 λεπτα απο την χωρα και πολυ κοντα σε παραλιες. Ειναι καινουριο εξοπλισμενο με οτι χρειαζομασταν και πολυ καθαρο. Το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα

I had an incredible stay at this lovely two-bedroom flat in the heart of the village. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a stone's throw away. The flat is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything you'd need to feel at home, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi – a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the island. The living space is comfortable, making it a great place to relax. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to stay in Ios. I'll definitely be back!

We really did enjoy our time here. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Good location, a couple of minutes walk to really good local bars and clubs and easy to get around. Host was helpful and communication was easy. Would recommend for a relaxed stay.

Excellent séjour avec notre enfant de 16 mois dans ce charmant bungalow avec une vue magnifique et à 5 min à pied de la plage. Logement conforme à la description. La kitchenette permet une cuisine rudimentaire, mais il y a 3 restaurants à proximité accessibles à pieds. Attention la chambre avec les lits simples n'est pas du tout fermée, elle donne directement sur la cuisine.

All good. Takis was very nice, the apartment unique and right in the middle of the old town of Hora. Great!

Wonderful stay,Great value!!The location is ideal.
