Perfectly situated on the NC500 and cycle route, this newly built well equipped shepherd's hut is a cosy place to rest your head. It can sleep up to 3 people. A microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and crockery make up the kitchen area. There is free wifi and a digital radio with bluetooth to enjoy. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The views across to Ben Wyvis and the Cromarty Firth are outstanding and the dark sky at night is excellent for star gazing. Red Kites frequently fly overhead.

Cosy bungalow in nice wee village; shops and train/bus routes. The Ground floor is included in this listing; upstairs is kept for storage. One double bed only, the listing says one bed in lounge, only sofas but I can’t correct this… There is a covered deck out the back door, great for sitting out in the rain! Good base for access to rest of NW Scotland; on the edge of the NC500, 14 miles from Inverness. Please read the house manual; note this is a quiet street and not a party house..

The Courtyard, Foulis Castle, Highland Scotland

Foulis Castle, Evanton is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Guest suite is a small annexe , an independent part of our Family home . Self contained with it’s own private entrance it has a double bedroom with sitting area , en suite and a separate small kitchen with self catering facility consisting of microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and fridge. Tv, Wi Fi parking in the drive or free on street parking. Guests have exclusive use of suite. The property is well located in a quiet residential area 10 to 15 minute walk from City Centre.

Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. A pleasant apartment in an old victorian building located within the Crown conservasion area, built in 1875. Very central, only a few minutes walk into the Inverness town centre as well as Inverness Castle. The area is very quiet and peaceful. One bedroom with one double bed, there is also a sofa in the living room. A fully equiped kitchen and shower room. Full Fibre broadband. We have a free parking permit for the surrounding streets.
