We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Maurine and the hosts of this AirBNB! This house is truly a gem and exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about this property- from the comfortable, homey setting to the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces. Directions and communication were clear and guest friendly. On behalf of the 5 of us, on our girls' getaway, we thank you all wholeheartedly and are already planning on returning next April! Thank you for sharing this truly special home with us. It was a perfect 5 star get-away from beginning to end!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the weekend I was prosing to my girlfriend. The pictures do not do the place justice and the views from the backyard are amazing. Brian was an excellent host and was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We loved the peaceful vibe of Sea Ranch and can’t imagine coming back and not staying at this place. We look forward to returning again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. The pool was a lovely spot to relax, and being able to walk through the surrounding vineyards made the experience feel extra special. Everything was thoughtfully documented, which made it easy to settle in and explore. The host’s recommendations were very helpful and much appreciated.

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The rental was amazing. Love the open concept overlooking the river and trees. The kitchen was huge and had all the cookware and accessories we needed. Loved the modern bathroom and beautiful shower. Overall, we loved the rental, and would love to come back and stay again.

WOW! We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this one was one of the best!!! The home was super cozy and the absolute best views. Watching the fog lift was incredible. We also loved watching the deer on the property. The hosts answered all of our questions and gave us a great restaurant recommendation and we loved it so much we ate there every night 😊 We used the hot tub every day and it was fantastic and very clean. The home had everything we needed and more! It got very light in the early morning so I would suggest a sleep mask if you like to sleep in. Everything was a 10 out of 10! Definitely want to come back!!!

Beautiful home and gardens full of quail and woodpeckers and gorgeous wildflowers. Great to be able to walk to beaches and trails right from the property (starting on the road). We loved this place! FYI - the bed in the primary bedroom is very comfy, but the cabins that sleep additional guests have beds of varying quality, e.g. the trundle in the little studio has a super soft mattress, so if you're particular, you might want to bring a topper etc.

Beautiful home right in the middle of the dipsea trail stairs - go up the stairs to reach great hiking trails, down the stairs for great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy home, responsive and friendly hosts. Be aware of the somewhat challenging parking - bring the small car. Absolutely worth it, we’d love to come back!

my friend and I stayed at Peter‘s place over Easter weekend, and we just loved everything about it. The home layout was fantastic with one wing having all of the social spaces, dining kitchen lounging rooms with huge windows that looked across both lagoons. Beautiful sunset and watching the sea birds. The other wing had a sleeping quarters in the bathrooms. Everything was pristine and there was plenty of space. One room is a bunk room, which was super fun and the beds were really comfortable. The house is well located and even more beautiful than the pictures Peter was super responsive and proactive we would stay again in a heartbeat. There are such beautiful, calm, peaceful energy, a great place to unwind.

We only spent two nights at the house and we don’t have nothing negative to say. The house’s decoration and amenities make that you only relax and enjoy the nature.

We had a magical multigenerational stay at Locke's house in Inverness with my husband, three year old and my parents. We visit Pt Reyes regularly and the location is absolutely perfect, quick walk across the road to Chicken Ranch Beach for kids to romp around, a quick drive into Pt Reyes station for dinner, and easy access to all the wonderful Pt Reyes trails. The house itself was cosy, quiet, had amazing views from the deck (and was sunny most of the day which is rare on this side of Tomales bay!) and felt like a real home. We really liked having the separate cottage to provide a bit more privacy and quiet with a young kiddo with us, and we found the kitchen was well equipped for cooking in the evenings. The only very minor challenge we had was trying to heat the cottage and main house evenly as they are on the same heating system, and the nights were chilly during our visit. Definitely staying here again on future trips to Pt Reyes.

Loved the place but a couple of caveats - the tv never worked and the heater only worked periodically.

Beautiful and peaceful setting with a wonderful view of Tomales Bay. This is the second time we've stayed at the eco refuge and really loved staying at the Ridge House. The house is comfortable, warm with everything you need in the kitchen. Micah is friendly and responsive.

Thank you for the exceptional stay, it was so relaxing and easy to be in the house and get around from there. I will never forget it and hope to have the chance to come back at some point.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blu. The location is perfection! Private, with beautiful gardens, only a hop, skip and a jump from the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves at night was divine. The home was clean and comfortable, and Barr was a lovely, helpful host. If you are looking to unwind in serenity, I highly recommend this home.

This is one of the best Airbnb's we've enjoyed so far. Scenic views, nearby beaches and redwood forest hikes were the highlight of our stay. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our kids enjoyed wildlife sightings, Bolinas Beach within a 5-minute drive and the tide pools on Agate Beach. The home was perfect. We enjoyed our coffee from the patio with beautiful beach views, the hot tub to warm up and the kitchen that had everything we needed for cozy meals in. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for 4. The host was proactive with communication about how to arrive and nearby things to do. We're already planning our next visit!

The Sea-renity House is one of the nicest homes I’ve had the chance to stay in. The views are incredible, and it’s a perfect spot for kids with plenty of space to enjoy. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, couldn’t have been easier. Overall, a fantastic experience!
