The host was very polite, and the house was spotlessly clean and well-prepared. The bathroom was fully equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, shower gel, and more. The house itself is cool, spacious, and located in a very quiet area—perfect for relaxing. It’s within walking distance to a calm, beautiful beach, as well as 2–3 local cafes and restaurants. The house is perfect for a stay on the island of Oinousses, a unique island with very limited accommodation options. It is a traditional house built in the late 19th century, so expect charm rather than luxury. The settlement (incl the house) is built on a hill with most points of interest at the bottom of the hill, so expect to get a bit of exercise. The upkeep of the house is good, with a great balcony with amazing sea views, and can probably comfortably fit up to 4 people (sharing one bathroom) or more (at a stretch). Bedrooms have fans (rather than A/C) that are effective albeit a bit noisy. Efi is a great host: we didn’t meet her but she was extremely responsive to messages, often answering within seconds. Overall a great property on a unique island that we would strongly recommend! We thought the value for money was amazing for what we paid.

Boyabağ daha önce çokça geldiğimiz bir yer ama bu evde geçirdiğimiz 2 gün, diğerleriyle kıyaslanamayacak kadar açık ara önde. Ev öyle bir huzur veriyor ki ,sahile inmek istemedik çoğu zaman. Murat Bey insanı mahcup edecek kadar ince düşünceli bir insan. Yaptığı işin sadece ev kiralamak değil, herkesin hengame içinde geçirdiği şehir hayatından gün çalmak olduğunun çok farkında.Girişten çıkışa her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Her şey için çok teşekkür ediyorum kendisine.

Beautiful apartment and building! Pristine and immaculate, with all the amenities! Wonderful view and balcony with seating to look at the view of the ocean. Proximity to town was fantastic. Owner was extremely quick to respond and communication was very easy. If I could give this listing 10 stars I would! An absolute gem and we will definitely be going back!!

Ev sahibi Dilek Hanım'ın daha siz yola çıkmadan yanınızda bulunması gerekenler için uyarıları, videolu yol tarifi ve sıcacık karşılaması çok kıymetliydi. Bunun dışında sadece özel eşyalarınız ve yiyecek/içecek malzemelerini getirmeniz yeterli. Her türlü araç gerecin yanında kişisel gelişim, beceri kitaplarından, bu topraklara ait hikayelerden, romanlardan oluşan mini bir kütüphane de var. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenli. Tüm bu güzelliklere ek, kendi ürettikleri enfes bir şarap tadımı da buzdolabında soğutulmuş olarak sizi beklerken, yine kendi yaptıkları soğuk sıkım zeytinyağı da ikram olarak tezgahta bulunuyor. Sonuç olarak Mimas ev, konum olarak da çok iyi durumda ve kendinizi evinizde hissedebileceğiniz rahatlıkta. Yaşattıkkarı konfor için çok teşekkür ediyoruz

Το σπιτάκι είναι εξαιρετικό, καθαρό, άνετο, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα και είχε όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας τουρίστας. Η αυλή είναι πολύ όμορφη και περιποιημένη, με δέντρα, λουλούδια και θέα στη θάλασσα. Ο κύριος Στάθης και όλη η οικογένεια που μας φιλοξένησε είναι πολύ φιλικοί και μας βοήθησαν αμέσως με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτήν την αξέχαστη διαμονή!
