The property features a separate parking lot and a private entrance, ensuring ease and privacy. The entrance to the building was impeccably clean, and the flat itself was spotless. Inside, the flat boasts a spacious layout, including a large balcony furnished with dining tables both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was fully equipped and included a large freezer, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom was pristine and well-maintained, and the bedroom was generously sized with ample storage space. Great location very spacious with beautiful view of surrounding Alps. Easy access with clear instructions and signs to get to the Unit. Comfortable Bed with power retractable shades over 4 Skylights (2 in the Bedroom, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the kitchen). Peter was friendly and very quick to respond to a couple very minor issues. Thoroughly enjoyed all the time we were in the Unit or on the balcony. The awkwardness of the business setting was totally not ever a concern once you enter the Unit you feel like your at home. Very clean and perfect location for lots of places to visit. Every time we arrived back from our day out total quiet as all the workers were gone home. One of my favorite times was waking up in the middle of the night and feeling like I was outside looking thru the Skylights at the stars. Amazing great Unit and would definitely stay again if in the area.

A great, cozy apartment with everything you need to feel comfortable quickly. It is very cozy, you look into the countryside, the stream rushes. Our two teenagers were also thrilled. Fabrizio is a very warm and open host with tips and good information. From our point of view, almost an insider tip if you are looking for nature and yet want to quickly go shopping by bus or stroll through Locarno.

Clean, large apartment, 4 spacious bedrooms, fit a group of 6 as we were. Central to area attractions. Nice homeowners are inviting.

This place is an oasis of peace and the most beautiful nature around you. Waking up early in the morning to all kinds of birds that are there and then getting ready for a brisk walk through the valley or somewhere in the mountains. Once again what a lovely place!!

Absolutely wonderful place! The house was spotless and had everything you needed! Cinzia left a breakfast hamper, water and biscuits for us to enjoy. There was aircon and plenty of storage for our luggage. Cinzia gave us lots of recommendations and you have access to a private garden upon request. A shop and a bar opposite the house and a 10 minute walk to Orrido de Nesso bridge. Loved our stay! Thank you 💛

Impeccable accommodation and as described! Check-in instructions could be more concise, making them easier to follow. The wellness area is very nice, but small in case of high occupancy (it is common to many apartments).

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

This property was not o ly beautiful and had everything we needed. They also provided a map of the town, the bus schedule and information to help us navigate launterbrunnen. This information was super helpful and relieved some of the pressure of being in a new place. The host also helped us store our bags so we didn't have to hold them for hours before our train ride to the next town. Upon picking up our bags, we met Rob. He was very friendly, easy to speak to and kind. I would absolutely choose to stay here again when we come back to visit! Thanks again Sarah and Rob!
