Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Inman Park, Atlanta

My family and I love to travel and this property made us feel right at home. I originally booked another airbnb, but due to cleanliness and pest, we left. Dom and crew were so gracious and even took the extra time to make sure everything would be perfect for our family. This property is one of the best airbnbs we've stayed at, if not THE best. ❤️

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Had a great time staying at Laurie’s home. My family came down to Atlanta to visit my college roommate and this was a perfect place for us to stay. It was close to my roommate and was comfortable and safe. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. I especially loved the screened in porch, which was a great place to sit in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the beautidully decorated and appointed home right in the middle of everything we needed! Will definitely stay with Yolanda again!

Arielle & Crew were very gracious hosts! This cozy 2 bedroom was perfect for our trip in ATL while shopping for wedding gowns. I didn’t find “the dress” but I found a beautifully situated (omg, location-location-location!) private retreat! The allowed us to park in the driveway, and the other vehicle was safely parked overnight 1 tiny (and well lit) block away. If we needed to do car Tetris, it was just a message away and polite as can be. Book here!!

Lovely place. Easy to get to, safe neighborhood. I don’t get a chance to do any of the restaurants or nightlife but I’m originally from ATL and I know the area well so you’d have tons of places to go and the Beltline isn’t that far. Super clean and comfortable. Sara communicated instructions and directions like a pro. Would stay again.

We had such a great time at Kimberly’s home! The layout of this location is very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened in patio with our newborn and enjoying quality time together while also being safe from all the mosquitoes! The location was perfect for us. We were 10-15 mins drive away from the Zoo, Aquarium, and the Botanical Gardens. In addition, the ATL beltline is right along the back of the home. We walked it several times to local coffee shops and eateries that were around 6-7 mins walking distance. It was really lovely. We had one issue upon arrival that we raised with Kimberly. She took the matter very seriously and had a great sense of urgency to provide us with a solution— and we really appreciated that so much! We highly recommend staying at this location. We definitely plan to return!

This is the second time our family of four has stayed at 121 Kenyon Street, just steps away from the Beltline. We love it! We have two boys (15 and 11) who can both sleep in the loft, or one can sleep on the living room sofa and one in the loft. Very walkable to restaurants places on Carroll Street or along the beltline (highly recommend Mucacho). The place is very tastefully decorated and appointed. Super comfortable master bed. Quiet at night. Flock of chickens in the side and back yard are a plus. This is a great little place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Shonda’s! The location was prime being located just a couple streets from the beltline and very close to many great restaurants. Shonda was also very quick to respond when needed.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

Hayley’s place worked perfectly as a base to explore Atlanta. Close to Ponce City Market and the Beltline and easy to get into central Atlanta. Hayley is super friendly and helpful and the apartment is spacious but feels cozy. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back next time we’re in Atlanta.

This is my 2nd stay - and I will every time I visit my family in Atlanta. Excellent location, extremely clean, communicative host, safe, peaceful - perfect!

I had a host flake on me and Jeanne was very helpful allowing me to check in early. Beautiful, unique stay. Very responsive and kind.

The place was incredibly clean! The couch is comfortable, the blankets were soft & the pillows were wonderful. The lighting in the bedroom was very nice with all the morning sunlight coming in. Overall, the unit gets great natural light from all of the windows! Parking was easy & always available in the back. The neighborhood is very pretty - with nice homes, landscaping and trees. The location was also really nice - being a short walk to the beltline. It was also a short drive to places like: Evergreen Market & Butcher (great pastries & meatballs), the Georgia Aquarium, & Atlanta Botanic Garden! It was a great stay and I would definitely book again if in the area! ⭐️ One thing to note though was that there does seem to be some college aged students who stay up at night in the neighborhood/talking/playing music on the weekend. It wasn’t too loud though & my boyfriend & I were easily able to fall asleep still, but something to know for anyone who may be noise sensitive!

My husband and I were so comfortable and happy staying here. The interior design is so beautiful and the outside neighborhood is so nice. We felt right at home and were so grateful we chose this Airbnb instead of a hotel.

Perfect location to walk anywhere in Virginia Highlands which is exactly what we needed! The only thing I would suggest is to not take a car larger than a sedan due to the parallel parking space and there not being a whole lot of room. Other than that, our stay was great!

Had a great stay at Adriana’s place! Easy to get to everything, and she was so helpful. Would happily come back!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

Eve was an amazing host and the apartment was a super convenient location. But after dark there were several groups of men that hung out outside the building and would try to get in or sell drugs. Very very nice apartment would stay here again

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
