Susan was a lovely host! She was always quick to respond if we had a question or needed help. Everything was very clean including the pool in the backyard.

We came in for a few days and really liked the house. It’s within a mile or two of downtown and felt centrally located to everything. Beds were comfortable and the place had plenty of room for our family of five. Kids loved the backyard and hot tub. We would stay there again!

Wow, Sean’s place was well worth the price! The house was well stocked with your basic necessities on hand and decorated with a fun vibe. Loved the location, under 10 min to any of our favorite shopping places or restaurants. This was a wonderful place to host our Easter Holiday with family. We certainly created beautiful memories there that will last us a lifetime!

Beautiful home home and nice stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home – perfect for our group of two couples and five kids! The house was super spacious, well-equipped, and just had a great, relaxed vibe that made us feel instantly at home. The highlight for all of us was definitely the pool – even better than the photos! The kids spent hours splashing around while the adults lounged and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy. Location-wise, it was quiet and convenient, and the hosts were responsive and thoughtful throughout. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend for families or groups traveling together!

We absolutely loved Simona’s home! It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and more! Super easy check in and out. Although it was only two of us that stayed here it has so much room for a big family and they have everything to accommodate the kiddos as well from the bunk beds, to baby and toddler items. This home has more than enough bathrooms and bedrooms that you’ll never be in the way of anyone if you come with a big family here. There’s even a lot of fun accessories for the pool area! The garage area is spacious and a fun place to hang out. There’s a basketball game that we definitely played everyday haha, a ping pong table and board games as well! This home truly makes an amazing vacation home and has everything you need to feel right at home here in San Antonio. Highly recommend staying here you definitely won’t regret it. We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house had so much character. We loved having our morning coffee on the back patio, watching the deer wander around the property.

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

second stay at DH. same as last visit. walk down to the river as it is a rare private spot to access and enjoy. super accommodating. had a bit of a hiccup and missed first night due to illness and he invited me to stay another night as it was vacant. great folks.

We just returned from a three day Easter weekend at Olive St Ranch. My 4 yo granddaughter just said, " I miss Fredricksburg." Our group consisted of 8 adults and 6 children aged 2-8. The property was ideal in every way! It accommodated 14 people splendidly including food preparation for a crowd, more than ample space for the littles to run and play independently, serene spot under the beautiful trees to dine and linger, and all of this so close to town. Of course all was enhanced by lovely weather! We enjoyed bocci ball, ping pong, and hot tubbing and even had a large scale Easter egg hunt. Well done Cozi Vacation and THANK YOU!!!

Great place that was perfect for our family to visit my brother and his family nearby. Pleasant walk to Boerne river walk and the downtown restaurants. Everything worked. It was wonderful that Brenda could accommodate us at the last minute. Thanks much!

My son and his adult children stayed for Thanksgiving. They fixed a Thanksgiving meal and we had a very blessed visit. They were able to stay close to where I live and everything was perfect. Suzanne Sterling

Our stay was lovely! We loved watching the sun come over the hills in the morning. The view of the stars our first night was great. Night 2 was a bit cloudy due to rain earlier in the day, but the rain also created a much-needed break from the July heat, and we got to enjoy the winds sweeping in through the valley. The porch - both itself and the view - is gorgeous. Trees nearby give nice shade to the fire pit area, and I really wished I brought a hammock to hang on them! Kitchen is well stocked with tools etc. AC was great. There are also a couple of fans in a closet that we could have brought out on the porch if we wanted a breeze. I think this place would comfortably sleep 6 (1 on each of the two bunk beds, 2 on each of the 2 large beds). Couple of nitpicks: could use comfier mattresses, and if we had more than 2 people we would have wanted more cozy seating in the living room (the Longhorn chairs aren’t great for lounging, so the couch is it). Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time at Satish's place! We were in town for a horse show at the Rose Palace, and it was such a convenient and peaceful place to stay! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we come to town. The house is clean, comfortable, and cozy, and it has everything you need. It has a very nice, private, big backyard! The neighborhood is also lovely and a great place to go for a walk! Check-in was very easy, and Satish was super responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this place, especially if you are attending something at the Rose Palace!

We came to San Antonio for a wedding and this was the perfect Airbnb to stay at! The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional is the only word that can describe this amazing experience! We extended our stay because of the luxurious feel and decoration of the home and so so clean! We were literally close to everything and this place made it hard to leave to go do anything else!! The back bar was such a touch of class! We will be back!!

Brad was a wonderful host. The home was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to Main Street and it was close to nice restaurants.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We saw deer, rabbits, and other wildlife right from the porch, which made it extra special. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay again!

The Laurel House was the perfect place for our family vacation. I had more questions than normal and Cheryl was easy to get a hold of and always responded quickly. The house itself is probably one of the cleanest airbnbs that I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the space was easy to relax in. If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy nature then this is a great place for you. We spent most of our time on the back porch watching the turkeys, hummingbirds, and deer that pass through the yard or down by the river enjoying the sounds of the frogs. We would definitely love to come back with our family in the future.

The accommodations were perfect and met our every need. The hosts even put toddler riding toys in the house, knowing our two-year old granddaughter was going to be with us, and she loved playing with those.
