The forest trail begins with a steep hill, boots are recommended The cabin has its own beach and jetty, nicely landscaped garden with many seating areas, large dog yard. Idyllic forest cabin

Steinsborg is a small forest gem for those who are particularly interested. Drive a few km into the woods on a gravel road, and then you'll be there. The cabin is an old forest hut with simple standard, and outhouse. The food is cooked on a gas stove, and a gas refrigerator keeps the food cool. Water is collected in Steinsvannet right below. There is also a rowboat and a canoe that you can use. In here you can relax and enjoy silence and bird chirping. We will take care of the cleaning afterwards. Welcome!

You are already in the countryside when you walk out the door and ski slopes are right outside when it is snowing or take a skate ride when there is ice on the water nearby. A bike ride is fine in summer and winter but best of all are the beautiful deep forests full of mysticism and beautiful trails.
