Roseland Mini Cottage is idyllically located in a large garden, with fruit trees, berry bushes, grass and flowers right outside the door. The garden is west-facing, sunny and surrounded by nature, with a fantastic view over the lake Øyeren and the hills in the distance. Main flowering in June and July. In late summer you can enjoy fruits and berries from the garden. 20 min walk to the water, with opportunities to fish and swim. The forest is 2 min away, with several trails and water further in. Happy hens provide colorful eggs for breakfast!

Idyllic place also suitable for families with children

The farm is located 40 min from Lillestrøm and about 50 min from Oslo. There is the possibility to borrow canoes and a small boat with outboard motor. In the courtyard there is a trampoline and plenty of room for play and activities (cubb and frisbee golf) as well as a fire pit. Behind the barn there is a football pitch and a small basketball court. It is about 2.5 km to the store and bus connection to Oslo. The place has a jetty, with a bathing ladder and barbecue area. Good opportunities for fishing in Øyeren (fresh water)

Centrally located, with a 5 min walk to the train to Oslo (takes 25 min in). Has all the amenities: Internet, parking right outside the door, washing machine/dryer, large house and garden, all kitchen utensils/dishwasher/coffee maker, gym, pool table, sauna, access to private/small cabin in the woods (1 km away), hot tub, trampoline, playground in the garden.

Nice hiking areas for walking and biking. Enebakk motorsport club is right nearby. Østmarka Golf Club is 10 min drive by car.

The farm is a 5 min walk to the train station and bus stop with connections every 10-15mins to Oslo. We offer comfortable and quaint bedrooms for singles and couples. Additionally you are welcome to use the house and the area as advertised surrounded by fields and large garden with greenhouse. Additionally, we have a female dog named Rita. Velkommen til Veslestua – en unik perle ved Hemnessjøen i Aurskog-Høland! Her kan du oppleve idyllisk natur, fisking og bading, skogsturer, elgsafari og fugletitting. Veslestua er en koselig og historisk bygning som gir deg en ekte følelse av livet på landet. Vær oppmerksom på at Veslestua har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann. Drikkevann er tilgjengelig i beholdere og flasker. Toalettet er et Cinderella forbrenningstoalett.

Rural and cozy house

Cozy farmhouse on a living farmyard. The place has a rural and peaceful location where we are engaged in grain production and pigs. The accommodation also includes a terrace with evening sun and lawns. The host himself lives in the home and only rents out when they are on trips and vacations. The home is under renovation. The staircase and a little bit of small work remains.

Frokost serveres av vert på terrassen om morgenen, om det er sol, ellers inne.. Vi har 3 katter på eiendommen. Bestemor , mor og hennes sønn. De er vennlige, men 2 av dem sky. Velkommen til oss!
