A gem of a place. The cabin is idyllically located right down by Hemnessjøen. It has a simple standard. THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER AND NO INSTALLED WATER. Beach line with good bathing opportunities. Fine possibilities for pike fishing and other fish. You can drive all the way down and park at the cabin. Space for several cars. Large plot with lawn. The cabin is from 1919 and has retained much of the original charm of the building. Quiet neighborhood and great nature. Great starting point for hiking in forests and fields and on the lake. Nice view of Hemnessjøen.

The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom with double bed. (2 - 3 beds in the annex.) No private bathroom, but an outhouse. Outdoor shower in the summer months. Canoe and life jackets are available. Great hiking opportunities for mushroom and berry picking. Perch and pike fishing. Free wood for the fireplace and fire pan. Top recreation for those who love nature and outdoor life.

Idyllic place also suitable for families with children

The farm is located 40 min from Lillestrøm and about 50 min from Oslo. There is the possibility to borrow canoes and a small boat with outboard motor. In the courtyard there is a trampoline and plenty of room for play and activities (cubb and frisbee golf) as well as a fire pit. Behind the barn there is a football pitch and a small basketball court. It is about 2.5 km to the store and bus connection to Oslo. The place has a jetty, with a bathing ladder and barbecue area. Good opportunities for fishing in Øyeren (fresh water)
