Locanda Bellavita is an apartment for up to 7 people, on the ground floor with an independent entrance. Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Simone and Monica were wonderful, very kind and helpful; they were so kind as to also provide us with a stroller even if it was not among the options of the services available. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: very nice, new and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and we even found enough coffee capsules for four people for the whole week (in addition to chamomile, tea and various herbal teas). In addition, the apartment is in a quiet area of the city. Both the apartment and their really kind and helpful hosts are absolutely recommended. We will certainly be happy to come back:) Thanks again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casafredda. The property is really stunning, set within its own grounds of olive groves and beautiful gardens. It’s a little bit away from the village so it’s very peaceful and has wonderful views across the valley. Inside it’s filled with art which gives it a great sense of homeliness. The facilities are impressive, especially the kitchen. All of the rooms have their own character and are well thought out. The local area is great for relaxing stays, with a small shop and restaurant just a few minutes walk. For those who want to do more, it’s very easy to get to Arezzo. Finally, thank you so much to Sergio and Michele who were the perfect hosts in every way. Extremely friendly, full of recommendations. They even came to pick us up when we got off at the wrong train stop! Would definitely come again, cannot recommend highly enough.

Tommaso and Marta are wonderful hosts. We were greeted with homemade cakes and bread. There is a SPA area, we used the pool a few times. A highlight for our daughter was the visit to the fattoria, which we highly recommend to families with children. Tommaso even installed a child seat for the e-bikes. It was wonderful. We recommend it!

Thomas was very clear with his instructions for checking in and was always available. The property is handy to everything including rail and bus transport, city access and with a supermarket just a few meters away. Highly recommended.

The host Leo was lovely and very welcoming. He was very professional and efficient in all our correspondence and would provide me with recommendations for restaurants, locations to visit and tours. More importantly though he assisted with the planning of our two weeks. The wine tasting experience with Tomas was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and hospitable and our family loved the wines but also the Special Family Dinner. The food and experience was amazing and one of the highlights of the trip. The villa is ideal for a family or group of ten people. It is on the vineyard, up a windy road, but was worth it for the outlook over Arezzo, day and night. It was a holiday we will treasure. We realised how lucky we were to manage to get together as a family and have a true Tuscan experience. Thank you to Leo and Tomas , and the others at the Villa, who made our time truly memorable. Bellissimo!!!

Podere le Corticelle exceeded every expectation we had — and then some! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel like part of the family. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure every detail of our stay was just right. The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. If you’re looking for an authentic, relaxing, and comfortable escape in Tuscany with a host who truly cares, Podere le Corticelle is the place. We can’t wait to return.
