Nicole’s “Waterfront Retreat” is a wonderful property: extremely peaceful, well stocked, and worth the price. The Host’s binder is full of helpful info, FAQs, and everything the guest needs to feel informed. The dock sitting area across the little street is an A+ spot to hang & chill. Front screened-in porch area is homely & relaxing. The giant backyard is private + a great place to walk laps (and get your steps in!). Firepit & hammock also value added. Nearby beaches are A++. Publix just 10 mins away, so we bought groceries and cooked several meals in the thoroughly furnished kitchen. Laundry room super convenient. Everything highly satisfactory and Nicole’s thoughtfulness greatly appreciated. The LR seating area could be optimized, but this was easily remedied. Nicole was extraordinarily generous and gracious with both check-in and out times. SO GRATEFUL! TOTALLY WORTH IT!! [Be forewarned: loud noise from nearby train regularly, and view of nuclear power plant across the river.]

We loved our stay! We were more than comfortable with our four kids who enjoyed the layout, pool and large yard. The house is simply but well decorated so it feels homey without clutter. My husband and I both felt the entire home was so well cleaned without any artificial smells or films on furniture or in the bathroom which you sometimes find in airbnbs. We would definitely stay here again if in the area- we felt SO safe and comfortable which is always a priority for us traveling with our kids. Susan was also easy to contact and flexible which we appreciated!

We had a beautiful stay at the pool house. You could open up the doors and walk right out to the pool. The weather was perfect the whole time we stayed. We had a rental car, so we were able to drive to Hutchinson Island, which was only a 15-minute drive, very close to some beautiful beaches. The Airbnb had everything we needed. Our hosts provided us things to grill with in the backyard and the pool was kept at a nice temperature. It was close to a lot of different areas to explore. Their cat Chich is very sweet and was a great bonus for my girlfriend. It is a pool house that shares a pool area with a main house however, we found it was very private and the hosts don’t use the pool when you are there. We didn’t see the hosts the whole time we were there, however they were able to provide us with things we needed while we were exploring. Very responsive! Overall, a great stay.
