Vacation rentals with a patio in Indian River County

Scott and Sydney’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! It was spacious, had all the supplies we needed and steps away from the pool- which was key. They were very responsive to any questions and we had a blast- will be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Alpha! Everything was exactly like the description. A little bit of everything was clean, cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! Alpha was a kind host who responded to any questions we had. We would stay again!

Very pleased with our stay. Missed seeing our hosts Michael and Laura to thank them in person. Loved our stay and the pool was quite refreshing! We took all our trash out, Skimmed the pool and removed anything that would spoil in fridge. Even had a washer and dryer to go home with clean clothing. Everything we needed to cook with from spices to salad dressings in fridge and in cabinets. Dish soap, paper towels and plenty of towels and linens! Our own beds and bathrooms were a huge plus and surprise blessing! Best coffee in Florida and Michael even supplied us with that along with a French press and grinder to brew freshly ground roasted coffee! Highly recommend and will return in the near future. God put this entire trip together in partnering me to Rio Coco Cafe many years ago and then found their AirBnb while planning a sudden trip about 1 week ago! Went home with beautiful testimonies of Gods goodness! Thanks for providing us with all we needed for such a pleasant stay! Elizabeth

My stay at Erika’s was wonderful! I was traveling alone . I met Erika and her husband the first day I was there. They are such a kind couple and have made their home into a beautiful place to stay when in Vero Beach . The place is part of their home , like a mother n law suite. Was the cleanest place I have ever stayed . Was so peaceful! If I needed anything or had questions Erika responded immediately. Even enjoyed fresh eggs from her chickens. Hope to stay with her again in the near future! Thank you Erika for making me feel so welcome .

Great place and location for a weekend in Sebastian! Unit D is 2 BR. The space is very clean and comfortable. And if the weather is glorious, the living space doubles as there is a fabulous outside deck with plenty of sitting/lounging/ dining space.

Carol’s place was exactly as pictured. We were grateful for an early check-in, and found the studio clean and quiet.

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. The home was even more than we expected. It was spacious and welcoming. Nice wide screen tv in the family room with comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was wonderful!!! Thank you so much for heating the pool. It was great for evening swimming and large enough to get some needed laps in for a workout. We loved being able to park our car in the garage, leaving room for dinner guest to park in the driveway. We loved the way the kitchen, dining area and family room were all open enabling us to enjoy our family while cooking. The large dining room table was a plus. The separate area for making coffee was also nice and out of the way from our family cooks. Great pantry also and perfect washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would love to stay again when we are in the area. We hope that we kept the home nice enough to meet your expectations.

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. Eddie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation this year! His place is beautiful, peaceful, and very functional! We had everything we needed and more!Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable 5-week stay at Amber's place, working remotely. The house is comfortable and met our needs nicely, with two desks in different rooms, and a strong wifi signal. The kitchen opening-up to the living room provided a spacious feel, and the living room furniture was comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the "library" off of the kitchen, and the bookshelves were well stocked with a variety of books, board games, and puzzles. The screened room in the back was spacious and provided easy access to the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, the houses are well-kept, and we especially enjoyed walking to the nature preserve less than a mile away. The local beaches are clean and quiet, and less than a 20-minute drive from the house. It was a plus having access to the 2-car garage, and the cherry tomato plants in the back yard kept us supplied with delicious tomatoes! Amber was a great host, and went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in plans.

Great place!! Clean and cozy!! Easy to get anywhere around Vero Beach.

We hate to give great feedback as we consider this place our little secret paradise. Theresa is a very responsive host. Whenever we had a request it was answered within minutes. The large covered outside dining area is wonderful with beautiful landscaping. We lived outside. Very casual living, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water for multiple nice showers inside and out, lots of beach toys - boogie boards, paddle boards, bikes, etc. Jig saw puzzles, games, books to identify Florida flora and fauna. TV worked easily as well as WIFI and phones. We are coming back! Thank you Theresa.

We loved the house. Nice neighborhood and great amenities provided. The screened back porch was a real plus! Very clean and well appointed. A great value for the money. We would recommend this to others.
