Snook, tarpon and other fish can all be caught off the dock. (Water and power provided for dock). Expansive master bath with shower. It is near Publix and Fresh Market yet still remains close to the beach and other bars and restaurants.

This property was exactly as listed. The space was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the flatware, cooking needs, and plates/bowls/glasses. Would definitely recommend this property and would consider staying again if in the area.

2 night stay but wished it was a week stay 😉. Cozy and so comfortable. We fished alot and my husband caught 2 shark one of the nights. Samantha was awesome. She let us check in early which was great!!! I absolutely will stay here again if it's available when we visit next year and for more then 2 days if it's possible. Great place!!

I rented this beautiful little spot for a nice quiet weekend and it did not disappoint. Hiram met me as I pulled in and showed me around in detail. The property was close as described I would say they should talk it up more . Absolutely everything was spotless , clean, and looked to be brand new . I’ve rented quite a few different places but have never been met with such hospitality and being made to feel I was at home. It was exactly what I was looking for plus some. I will return there many more times. I’d give Hiram and the property 6 stars if in could

My family and I had a great time at Paul’s house. We went on our annual fishing trip to Sebastian inlet for the mullet run. His home is 15 mins away from the inlet. The home is very nice and spacious super clean, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as fishing off of his dock. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
