Waterfront vacation rentals in Indian River County

Scott and Sydney’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! It was spacious, had all the supplies we needed and steps away from the pool- which was key. They were very responsive to any questions and we had a blast- will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed another stay with Patty in Vero Beach.The apartment is classic, clean and cozy. Best of all is the water view. This special apartment is walking distance to restaurants, spa services, parks and exercise classes making it one of our favorite places to stay.

The stay was pleasant. It met our needs. Margaret was very pleasant, almost like i have known her for a long time. Her place was quaint...

The "penthouse" (2nd floor) was outstanding in every way: convenient location; very private with a great view of the inland waterway and all types of water traffic (including the occasional dolphin); an expansive deck with all sorts of comfortable furniture; extremely welcoming interior with tasteful furniture and atmospheric art; a unique elevator; and the owners' antique store and fine arts gallery on the first floor just to provide an escape from the noontime heat. All-in-all, the whole nine yards in terms of physical surroundings. Add to that wonderfully hospitable host who respected our privacy but also became friends during the course of our two weeks. Really enjoyed this location was quite an awesome location loved opening the house up because the breeze would be like laying on the beach. Family had plenty of space to lay out and I liked the difference in the beds because one Family member needed a firm mattress and another needed a foam or soft bedding. If your looking for a quite and relaxing place this should fill your expectations

Our stay was a small family reunion . My daughter, and her 3 sons, my grandson’s. My niece and nephew who were local and visited often with their spouses and children. The quality and comfort of the beds , the bedding and towels was superior. Everyone swam all day , everyday. We hosted meals for friends and our local families. There is so much room outside and an incredible amount of tables and seating , with sun and shade options. We walked to the beach everyday to watch the sunrise and swim in the ocean . In the evening we walked around town and had ice cream at Kilwins. The boys played lots of basketball and my daughter and I rode your bikes. Our last morning we walked to the beach and saw a 4:15 am Space Ex rocket launch before leaving for the airport at 4:45. I apologize if anything was left undone . We tried very hard to leave it as you instructed . The house was so spacious and perfect for our family. Thank you very much.

This is a great little hidden gem in the middle of everything. Great restaurants, bars, antique stores and shopping within walking distance. The Mel Fisher Museum, the Fishing Museum and the McLarty museum are all fantastic. You can fish right across the street. Plenty of bird, bunnies and people watching. 😁. Nichole is an excellent host. We hope to travel there again one day soon.

We had a wonderful time! The layout worked beautifully, especially the separate wing for kids and grandkids. We LOVED the Florida room and patio on the canal, spent most of our time there when at home. We also had company over for diner one night and a big family dinner another night, both in the dining room and it was lovely. The neighborhood was beautiful for morning and evening walks, too. Before we came we were concerned that the drive to the beach might be kind of far but it only took about 12 minutes, very easy and always light traffic. Susan was a very responsive host and the house was immaculate, very comfortable and very spaciousI highly recommend this home!

Very nice stay. Located right on the River. We spent most of our time on the enclosed covered deck overlooking the River. Lots of wildlife to see and enjoy. Carlos was a great host. Very responsive. Will probably stay again next year.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. 10 mins from the beach and supermarket just up the road. We loved the covered pool. It was warm enough for us and is very private. Great amenities in the kitchen and the beach chairs and pool floats were an added bonus. Super helpful hosts and we loved our welcome gift. Highly recommend it. South beach is really nice but check out round island beach and try and spot manatees in the park behind.

The place was great! We enjoy the comfort of the condo, views and walking to the beach. The description was just like the place in person. It had everything we needed to a great trip! Would stay again!

This is a great Harborview, Harborside location, and the apartment is comfortable. He needs a better coffee maker with auto shut off. Otherwise the inexpensive machine heate /runs all day and tends to leak ground making a mess. This is a minor annoyance, and then otherwise excellent rental, and can easily be fixed.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.
