Vacation rentals with a patio in Indian Harbour Beach

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend the night between cruise ships! She offered us early luggage drop off and early check in as soon as the room was cleaned which was super important for us as we got off our first cruise ship in the morning. It was super clean and well maintained. There is plenty around within 10-20minutes

Kris is a great host. His place is private and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and private access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

This rental was as expected from ease of checkin and met expectations. The host was very proactive with resolving any issues and was eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The unit was very spacious and had all the requirements for an extended stay. Many thanks to Somer and Shawn for immediately fixing s couple of small issues that we had. Our stay was for one month and we were very comfortable for the duration of our stay. From golfing to beach activities and restaurants this location provides accessibility to anything you would like to do. Many thanks to the host and staff for a very enjoyable and memorable stay. 😀

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five star location to Cocoa Beach Pier and the Canaveral cruise terminal. Local store is a 5min walk for supplies and the accommodation is clean and homely. Perfect place for a beach getaway or pre-relaxing before boarding your next cruise. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation has everything you will need for the beach and personal hygiene. If you are lucky you may even see a rocket launch from the Kennedy space Centre! Your host will be able to provide you all details and times about the rocket launch. Cruise terminal is only a 10 minute Uber drive. Orlando International Airport is a 40 minute drive. Cocoa Beach airport pick up is available-you will need to google which one suits you best. If ever we find ourselves in Cocoa Beach again, we will definitely be staying at Jo Jo‘s beach shack.

A beautiful stay! We stayed for 13 days. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sheets, towels, shampoo, dish detergent, etc. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. No need to bring anything from home but your clothes! The view was phenomenal and the beach was just steps from the door. The area is quiet but with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc but I would definitely recommend having a car. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing time and we're very glad that we stayed here!

This place was exactly as described. I was a little worried about the noise factor at night from the road, as others had mentioned, but I never heard a thing. So happy we found this little gem. It was maybe 20-30 min to get to the Mardi Gras cruise port and park. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is everything promised and more. This condo is the best by far of other condos that I have stayed at in this same complex. The owner is very responsive to any requests. The weather was a bit chilly for the first few weeks and the condo was warm and comfortable in the cold and cool in the heat. The hide a bed was very comfortable and easy to access. There is plenty of closet space. The entertainment center was very nice as was the electric fireplace that could provide heat or just ambiance. Everything that I needed was definitely within walking distance including the beach. I would not hesitate to book a stay again. Excellent feel like home condo.

Our family loved our stay here. Anna was extremely accommodating to allow for an earlier check in time (traveling with toddler) which was super appreciative. The space was perfect for what we needed and the beach supplies were a nice touch for us given we were traveling out of state. We’d love to stay here again!

Great family home for a fun east coast vacation!

Fantastic host and wonderful home! We are not pet owners so I always worry about pet friendly homes...we found this home spotless and clean smelling! It was the perfect house for a week at the beach to relax with my family. Beach toys, chairs, nice towels, everything we needed was available and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking and plenty of cleaning supplies to keep it tidy. The pool was fun for after the beach with lots of seating and toys. Recommendations were helpful. Overall a great stay and very hospitable host!

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly as described. Ocean front condo was well equipped with beach towels, beach chair, sand toys and coolers making it very accommodating for anyone flying into the area. This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

First off, our family has stayed in a lot of different rentals and this particular one was top of the list. The condo was fully stocked and have everything we needed; most importantly comfortable beach chairs, sand toys for our son, plenty of towels and an umbrella. Having a beach front view was always wonderful. We had a fabulous time for our first time at Cocoa Beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I loved staying at this condo it was exactly like the pictures very clean, spacious, and close to everything! Anything we possibly needed, they had. This is truly a condo that you only need to bring your clothes and food, everything else is already there, shampoo, conditioner, pool towels, extra blankets, etc. We came up for our anniversary, so we did not cook, however my husband loves to cook and if he had chosen to do so, he could've made a five-course meal. The kitchen is fully stocked! We enjoyed being able to walk to Coconuts, The Salty Bagel, Mimmos Pizza, Simply Delicious for breakfast, and the Fat Donkey for the best and most amazing ice cream. We parked the car and never had to drive anywhere. That's my kind of place! The hosts are very communicative. We felt happy and safe at all times. We would definitely recommend Eleny's condo to our family and friends. And if we ever go back to Coco Beach we would definitely stay here again.
