Apartment vacation rentals in Indian Harbour Beach

Anna's space was as the listing mentioned. It is nestled back off the street, so there isn't much car traffic. It is a quaint rental perfect for our niece during her summer internship program in the area. The kitchen had everything she needed to cook regularly, and the refrigerator was a great size. Anna was very responsive, and when the front door lock was not working regularly, they supplied us with a key to use instead.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

loved the private patio with shower & beach accessories. host got back with us with all questions. we had one issue but found out it wasn't even their fault (sand fleas from the beach ). place was clean and up to date with currently technology. my daughter loved the fans in the room. double oven was very convenient along with dishwasher with pods available! I would 1000% stay again. plenty of towels to last the trip and big towels not those tiny ones. beach towels were also provided along with chairs, umbrella, and varies of beach toys for the kiddos. ice maker on fridge had some issues but we just used a cup to scoop ice out. other than that it's legit 2 streets over from the beach so we walked everytime. restaurants are walking distants along with surf shops! also the local lizards made this place magical! only an hour from Orlando so perfect for disney/universal trips if you want to add beach days !

Awesome location. Walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach and a block from beach access. Very clean and comfortable for me and my husband. Nice cold air conditioner was great after a day of walking around in 90 degree weather 😄

Clean, comfortable, beautiful pond view with lots of birds, turtles and squirrels. Shower pressure could be better but overall very, very pleased and would book again. If you’re not from the area, this is a perfect location with great food, shopping and beach right next to you!

Very helpful and friendly. I forgot an item and she messaged me immediately and informed me. When I went back to pick up the item she was very friendly.

We loved staying at Dana's place and enjoyed watching all the wildlife (herons, pelicans, egrets, osprey, ibis and turtles) from her balcony. The location was perfect for our needs... close to the beach and affordable golf courses.

LB.. was one of the most amazing host.. We have ever dealt with on air b&b .. she was responsive.. and very generous!! Kept in contact and asked if there was anything we needed our entire trip. I would definitely suggest staying with her… the apartment was clean and cozy.. and the oversized pool was just beautiful.. thank you again!! We will back.

Sheila’s place was absolutely wonderful! We loved how private and non-busy the beach and pool area was, as it was private only to the residents of the building. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Never a long wait as the town seemed more residential than touristy, which is what we wanted. The beach was beautiful. We were also able to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral on the deck of our complex during the night! Truly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. We will be back!

Great place to stay near the beach! We loved it!

We stayed at Irina's property May 15-18 2025. The property was right by the beach with a great ocean view. When you stood on the balcony you could hear the ocean very clearly. The condo/apartment was very well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and store food. The appliances were all very new. Though the microwave was a little small. Pros: Location, Beach, View, owner communication, sofa bed was great, and kids slept well. Cons: King bed was very soft (too soft for my liking) Observations: I did not experience any construction noise as mentioned in some reviews. I did notice a strange hallway smell, as mentioned by other guests, but the room smelled great, and the hallway smell had minimal to no impact on the trip. The property is in the middle of renovations. Overall, this is a great property and made our family of 6 very comfortable. Irina was very proactive and communicative, and I would stay here again on a trip to east Florida!

Place was as described and reflected the photos accurately. Right on the beach, beautiful view to wake up to and watch sunrise and dolphins from the balcony. Has everything you need. Beach items were in the unit, although we didn’t use any. Ping pong table in ground level rec room was fun. Washer and dryer available for a few dollars. **NOTE** This is a very rocky breach. My husband and son hurt themselves on the first day. We drove 10 minutes north to a public access location with no rocks so we could enjoy going in the water. Overall, great place if you enjoy sitting on the beach and peace and quiet. Small drive if you want to enjoy swimming in the ocean.

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

Lovely place to enjoy peace and beautiful location. Place was really clean and the house was really pretty. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place! will visit this place again for sure!!

We had a great time in Kathleen’s Big Blue House- apparently all our needs were anticipated, even the tiniest detail! Kathleen was extremely helpful, and replied rapidly to every question. The private hot tub, dock, hammock and outdoor shower- along with the charming unit, itself, were perfect. Inside and out, Kathleen creates a welcoming, cozy, pleasing space. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed, towels and linens were just right!😊 We loved the outside swing and chairs -perfect for hanging loose, having a cup of coffee , watching awesome sunrises and moonrises (until moonrise came later!), as well as the Osprey fledglings, various other birds, lizards, frogs and fishes dolphins, sting rays, and more! Kathleen and her staff made our time thoroughly agreeable. It was convenient to have all the necessities in place- although we didn’t do any cooking, everything needed was there! Toiletries were also available- as well as some books and games! Thank you, Kathleen!

Nicole was so friendly and quick to respond with my various questions. Her place was perfect for our visit and had plenty of space for 6 of us. Easy access to various parts of FL that we wanted to get to. We even made a full Christmas dinner! The basket of snacks and other items was so nice and we made use of them. The pool looked nice and was heated but we never made it in. I enjoyed the look and vibe of how Nicole has the place decorated especially the books in each room. We would be happy to stay again in the future!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Cape Canaveral! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a clean, well-decorated space that instantly felt like home. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—from beach towels and chairs to kitchen essentials and home goods that made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. One of the biggest highlights was the private balcony with stunning ocean views—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while listening to the waves crash. The beach is just steps away with easy access, and the host provides all the gear you need for a great beach day, including umbrellas, boogie boards, and even a cooler! Another unforgettable part of our stay? The regular rocket launches right from Cape Canaveral! We were lucky enough to catch one from the balcony—it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and something you just can’t get anywhere else.

Tara was awesome! She responded super fast to any questions and issues and made the stay easy. The location was perfect and super private.

Everything is what was described , easy check in and out. close to A1A and US1 and close to super markets , restaurants and beaches . Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants. The place looks really new clean and neat, awesome host, and in the future I will consider coming back.
