Two areas for boat access, good size kitchen, screened porch, back deck grill, beach chairs, games, room for cars, boats, trailers, 3 TV's, playroom 65" TV, Wifi. Pets allowed. Bikes Island is quaint /quiet 2 small restaurants & small grocery/tackle store.

This family-friendly, cozy home on the canal is a fantastic spot to relax. Enjoy the home's two patios, charcoal grill, swing, community pool, hot tub, and playground or take a short walk across the road to the beach. Easy access to the sound if you enjoy boating. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Three kayaks and a paddle board for enjoying the sound. Soak in the sunset! Excellent WiFi for not only relaxing with devices and Roku but also the ability to easily "work from vacation."
