The cabin is located in a new cabin area with no transit traffic called "Svaberget". Svaberget is walking distance to Kjerknesvågen quay.

Your home is located on the 2nd floor of an old barn and was renovated in 2023. You will have the entire home to yourself. Our penguin is a movable igloo of 20 m2, with 360 degrees views to the sea and land. For most people, the location close to the sea will probably be the first wish. Trondheimsfjordens pearl is a good starting point for experiencing an environment with a lower pulse, history, hunting and fishing and outdoor activities, a battery charger in other words. We help with anything, transportation, catering, boat rental, etc. Please note that it can get hot indoors when the sun is on, even with aircon on.

Here you will find the tranquility both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, wood ice and difficult conditions, you may need to park about 30-40 m from the cabin.
