The cabin is located in a new cabin area with no transit traffic called "Svaberget". Svaberget is walking distance to Kjerknesvågen quay.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house with great view towards the water. Here you live quietly and undisturbed, but with a short distance to both the city center, Moan and the hiking areas around Eidsbotn. The apartment has four beds: one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two. Large windows provide good light and a nice view, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy – both for short and longer stays.

Here you will find beautiful cultural landscapes, farm shops selling locally produced food, historical monuments, galleries and art museums. Festing or smoking is not allowed. No pets

Here you will find the tranquility both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, wood ice and difficult conditions, you may need to park about 30-40 m from the cabin.

It is 200m away from the train station, 3 grocery stores within 450m, 800m to the hospital, Trønderhallen 1km(swimming and climbing). The mall: "Alti Magneten" is also only 2.2km away. This apartment has everything you need for a short stay! I live in the apartment myself, so I hope you will understand that there will be some limited closet space or storage.

My place is by the fjord. You'll love my place because of its location. One house in the farmhouse is for rent. My place is good for couples, those traveling alone, and families (with children). My place is a farm with plant production and is for it. If you want a quiet place, this is a great choice.
