Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The farmhouse is isolated on a hill, immersed in nature, surrounded by olive trees, a garden, and woods. The guest house is an independent wing of the large farmhouse on two floors: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom. The private pool is exclusively for those who rent the house (max 4 people). We do not rent single rooms. Barbecue area. Total privacy.

It is surrounded by the vineyards of Villa Calcinaia, an estate owned by the Capponi Counts since 1524. The apartment is 130 meters away from the shared swimming pool, open from May to October. The apartment has an outdoor area with a table and chairs where guests can dine and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.
