Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The granny apartment offers relaxation and recreation in a quiet location. Hiking and cycling tours are available. The Fugger city of Augsburg (26 km), Nördlingen (36 km) and Donauwörth (20 km) are easily accessible by car (B2) and train. The apartment has a separate sleeping area with double bed, a new fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher...), Living area with sofa bed and TV, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The house is surrounded by large old trees and can accommodate up to 9 people. 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed on the ground floor and gallery with 2 single beds and sofa bed on the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, guest toilet, dining room, terrace with large garden.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Pöttmes - Beautiful apartment

The property is located at the Pöttmes Center. There is a bus connection to Augsburg, several times a day. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity: 3 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, shoe shops, clothing, several restaurants as well as banks, pharmacies, doctors and much more.
