This house was incredible. Helene was fantastic, when we pulled in she came out and walked us through the residence. It is so spacious. There were only 3 of us, we could have brought many more friends and would not have been on top of each other. The views of the mountains are just awe inspiring. I would find myself standing in the window or o. The porch just staring. The house is so clean and ready for us to move in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some amazing meals for everyone in the neighborhood. Helene was very responsive, well before our trip. Helped us with ski rentals, lift tickets. Once we were there she pointed us to a local bakery, and best of all, the shortcut to cross the river. This was an incredible holiday, and I am so glad we stayed here. If we are able to return I will definitely try to book with Helene again.

Super short vacation with friends :) Great sauna, hot tub and house with everything you need. Quiet, beautiful location with plenty of hiking trails. We felt completely comfortable.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was present and thought of everything, we didn't miss anything! Ski bus stops around the corner, but you can also walk to the smaller elevator. Personal touch: The bedding was specially chosen for our children. Very friendly hosts. We will definitely come back!

This is highly recommended!! The listing describes the apartment briefly, but what a space this location has and is perfectly clean and maintained. Stayed with my son in this wonderful Austrian style apartment for winter sports where everything has been thought of. In the kitchen everything is available from oven, kettle, good pans, coffee maker and very extensive cutlery. We were very warmly welcomed by Mr. and Mrs. Heiss who showed us everything and how everything worked. Also halfway through our holiday provided with new towels and really want nothing to be missing during your stay. Communication is via messages with daughter Kathrin and responds quickly and anything can be asked. Beautiful cozy cottage, right on the cross-country ski trail that breathes the charm of different times. We felt very comfortable.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. I stayed with my family in this great apartment from 12/22 to 12/26/24 and was completely satisfied. Everything was as described – clean, well equipped and cozy. Shopping and many other amenities were within easy walking distance. The host was friendly and reliable. Absolutely recommend – thank you so much!

We are family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a great vacation, skiing in Sölden and Obergurgl. It was a cozy, spacious, fully equipped and well located apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and with a great river and mountain view from its living room. In the basement there was a room with ski racks and boot dryers, which we found very useful. If you have an electric car, there is a charger 200 meters down the street the house is located at. During our stay it was occupied almost always, so we charged our car in Sölden next to the gondola lifts.

Very nice hosts. A rafting center is right next door. (Also canyoning, etc.) We barbecued, partied, rafted and were on the go in Innsbruck. Good mix thank you

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.

Great place to stay with family or friends on a ski or summer vacation! If you want to rent a ski, it's right next door and the bus stop to the Hochötz or Kühtai ski resort is right around the corner, just great!

Great location, pleasant sauna, fantastic cottage! We were a group of 5, there was certainly enough space. And all this with a beautiful garden. Friendly welcome!

Elisabeth and Michele are ideal host and wife. They are always available if you have a question and are very jovial. Although they also live in the house, you feel sufficiently private. Very large apartment with nice spacious kitchen (with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, herbs, ...), cozy living room, 2 bedrooms (each with shower), heated space for the ski equipment. The beautiful view and proximity to the ski slopes complete it. We recommend this apartment!

Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

From start to finish, our stay was just perfect. Our hostess was incredibly warm and helpful, as well as always available and eager to make our stay unforgettable. The hostess put a lot of love and care into the cottage – everything was sparkling clean, stylishly furnished and provided with many loving details! The house itself is a little paradise! Wonderfully quietly located, superbly equipped and with all the comforts you could wish for. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds super comfortable. On the terrace you could rest with the picturesque view and enjoy the tranquility of nature:) And the stay was more than convincing from the first to the last moment :) We will definitely be back – thank you so much!!!

What can you say – we actually just wanted to spend a few relaxing days and stumbled directly into a small oasis of well-being! The accommodation is so lovingly furnished that we briefly considered simply moving in. No joke: more beautiful than in the photos (and that rarely happens). We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, super cozy and just to feel good. The location? Super, super quiet and idyllic and with hiking and mountain bike trails right outside the door – no more excuses for not exercising! Roberto and his partner are super warm hosts. Thank you so much - We really lacked nothing (except maybe a few extra vacation days). :) We'll be back for sure and would recommend the little cottage at any time!
