Monthly Rentals in Improvement District No. 13

A co- worker and I stayed at Daniel’s basement suit for over 20 days, and we were extremely happy with it! Daniel is very responsive and easy to chat with. We appreciated the communication very much. The suit is very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable as well! Internet speeds were good and steady. Kitchen has everything you need. Everything was very clean too! Parking was never an issue either. Would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Great place and we had a wonderful stay. It was a nice and quiet neighbourhood and the place is nice and cozy. Sola was also a great host, very helpful and very responsive.

Stayed here for a few nights while we participated in dance competitions. Great place in a new neighborhood, the construction was not disruptive. Walking trails around. Parks near by for anyone who has kids. Clean and accommodating. Easy to find using Google maps, Apple Maps is not updated for the location. The TV is a tad confusing to use, it might just be me lol. Beds are firm. The house is spacious and felt at home. We definitely enjoyed our time!!! Will book again

We absolutely loved our stay at the Heartland Bunkhouse! This is our third if fourth stay at this accomodation and we absolutely love the quiet, peacefulness of the rural location while still being close to Fort Saskatchewan and Edmonton. Also a short drive to Elk Island National Park! It's a great place for a family getaway and to experience rural Alberta. With a queen master bedroom and two double bedrooms it is great for a family or even a couples or even a solo getaway. I'd love to stay here during hunting season! I can't wait for our next visit to the Heartland Bunkhouse!
