Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in Nizza und haben die Unterkunft dort sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war für uns super, eine wirklich gut eingerichtete Küche, eine große und möblierte Terrasse inclusive Grill. 👍 Raphael hat stets schnell und hilfreich auf unsere Fragen reagiert, kam selbst zweimal vorbei und hat uns sogar die private Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung gestellt. 🏓 Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und so sind wir ausschließlich mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs gewesen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung von Raphael nur empfehlen! 👍💪👌 Super!

Vesna was a great host even before the trip started and made sure all the instructions and guidance is clear. She made herself available during check-in time to avoid any confusion although the check in is quite clear. The location’s well connected (tram from the airport is 2 mins away) and walkable to the promenade and old town (10-15mins) and located in a safe neighbourhood away from mainstream tourist spots

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans l’appartement et le canapé est très confortable. La pièce en haut n’est pas adapté au gens qui mesurent plus que 1,70 et il n’y a pas de fenêtre velux mais juste un vasistas. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, comme spatules, couteaux de cuisine, économe etc.

Excellent séjour À deux pas de Monaco et de la gare, proximité d’un supermarché. Le logement correspond en tout point à la description et très agréable ! Heureusement qu’il y avait les ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud. Et petit problème pour garer la voiture mais parking couvert à proximité certes payant. Mais séjour très agréable et Raul est très réactif et ses explications pour l’arrivée sont très claires et son accueil très agréable avec eau fraîche et café.

Appartement très bien situé au cœur de San Remo, parfait pour profiter de la ville à pied. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et agréable. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Hote très sympathique et attentionnée, qui a fait le déplacement de nuit et sous la pluie du fait que notre GPS avait du mal à nous guider. L'appartement coquet et fort fonctionnel, avec doubles terrasse avec vue sur l'extérieur. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu le temps d'en profiter d'avantage en raison d'un séjour court et activités prévues.

Une petite étape très agréable, au cœur d'un magnifique pays de montagnes; accueil sympathique, appartement chaleureux, simple et cosy. Une adresse à retenir.

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Poznaliśmy Sabrina osobiście. Była bardzo miła i pomocna. Przez cały pobyt aż do powrotu do domu pozostawaliśmy w kontakcie. Bardzo dziękujemy za ciepłe i miłe powitanie. Dom bardzo czysty i zadbany, bardzo ładny ogród z pięknym widokiem. Pełna prywatność. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Z pewnością wrócimy. Dziękujemy Sabrina😉

We had a great stay in Lauies Airbnb! She is a wonderful host, very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her! The apartment is just great! It is very nice to walk down into the city center. To go back you can either walk, take the bus or an uber. Also the patio is very nice! There you can have your breakfast (there is a shop just 5’ from Lauries home)! It is a wonderful place if you plan a city trip to Nice! Best place to be = Lauries place!! Hope to be there again some day!🙏🏽

Schöne, ruhige Gegend. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Meer ist leider etwas entfernt, 20 min. mit dem Auto, aber es ist den Aufwand auf jeden Fall wert. Die Unterkunft ist so wie wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank

Posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, pace e tranquillità, clima mite anche a Capodanno. Casa accogliente non manca nulla, giardinetto recintato e terrazza con vista. Passeggiate a piedi direttamente partendo da casa. Host cordialissimi e disponibili. Torneremo!🤩

Le logement proposé par Manuela était particulièrement mignon, dans un petit village très paisible, une vue magnifique sur la colline. Les instructions données pour accéder au logement étaient très claires, la maison est VRAIMENT très cosy et mignonne. Manuela a créé un livre avec des recommandations de visites et restaurants dans beaucoup de villes aux alentours. Honnêtement tout était parfait, nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Wij hebben onlangs in het appartement Chill&Hill verbleven en het was een fantastische. Het appartement was prachtig, schoon en netjes. De bedden waren heerlijk comfortabel, wat zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Het zwembad was heerlijk en perfect om in te ontspannen. Viki was ontzettend vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en zouden het zeker aanraden aan anderen!

Appartamento con tutti i confort anche per soggiornare per lunghi periodi. Ben arredato e completo di tutto. C'è anche un parcheggio. La stazione del treno è vicinissima! Ottimo e puntuale anche il rapporto con il proprietario, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le esigenze ed a tutte le domande. L'appartamento è tranquillo, non ci sono rumori perchè si affaccia all'interno del cortile e non sulla strada. Esperienza ottima e consigliatissima! Posizione strategica.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Lena. L'appartement est impeccable, la vue du balcon est superbe. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture sur le parking privé gratuit de la résidence est un gros plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

A breathtaking view with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep! It is centrally located, with many grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants around. The train station is within a 10-minute walk. The place is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you may need, and the gated parking garage is also included. Frederick is super friendly, very responsive, and arrived on time to personally greet us. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!
