Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Fabien was an extremely kind and helpful host! This place was very spacious and comfortable. Being on a higher floor, it was quiet even though the streets were busy. It was also very convenient to take trains to Monaco and Italy as the station was just a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay here and would recommend it.

The apartment is good and clean, there is security, I liked it. Free parkings around the house!

Fantastic area to stay in. It doesn’t have the hordes of tourists of place Massena. Benoit’s place is roomy and has terrific windows and a wraparound balcony full of sunlight. You’re also near the tram which allows you to visit other parts of Nice easily. We totally recommend it and would stay here again!

Very well located apartment near the train station and the city center. The apartment perfectly matched the description on site. Small apartment but very well arranged with new furniture and in a state of impeccable cleanliness. I recommend this rental for those who want to visit the city center and old Nice on foot.

beautiful and nicely maintained apartment. balcony is icing on the cake. apartment is well equipped with required amenities one can think of. easy and quick access to bu and tram. Laziz - small takeaway and dine in nearby is a hidden gem of surroundings.

The stay at Gérard's was lovely. The accommodation is clean, functional and very conveniently located. Gérard was flexible with arrival times, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location - close to the tram stop and the Nice-Riquier train station. Nearby, there is a shop and several bakeries. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only thing to note is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours coming and going. However, it did not bother us. The apartment's windows face the courtyard, with no street noise. The hosts, Corine & Priscilla, responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

We loved our stay at Martha's apartment in Nice. Martha is a great host. She's very friendly and has a wealth of information about Nice. Her apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The terrace is incredibly large and offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. We couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is located a few steps away from the Promenade des Anglais in the Carré d'Or. All of Nice is within walking distance. We look forward to returning one day.

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

This apartment in Juan Les Pins is very well located, a few minutes from the beach and with many restaurants nearby. A 10-minute walk from the train station, it's a great place not only to enjoy the atmosphere and beauty of Juan Les Pins and Antibes but also other cities on the French Riviera like Cannes and Cap d 'Ail. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very well secured. We were welcomed by Yaël, a charming host who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Everything was very positive.

The property is a residence with all the comforts, the sea can be reached on foot from a rather challenging path, for convenience we have always used the car considering that in low season there is easy parking on the waterfront.

What a pleasure to be hosted by Pascal and Valerie who welcome you with open arms with excellent homemade jam! The house is very nice, the garden also with the pétanque court, the background noise passes after this breathtaking view.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

We had a brilliant week at Anna's house. There was plenty of room for 6 people, the rooms were airy and the beds good. Location was perfect, close to everything in a very quiet street with good eateries. Anna gave us all the information we needed and kept in touch with us through the week. We especially appreciated that we could be in the house as long as we wanted on the day of return, as we had a late flight home. Thank you for us. We would be happy to come back. Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Beautiful place and lovely host. Judith was a great host, she was very accommodating and even let us check in early so we could make use of the pool on a sunny day! Judith doesn’t speak English but uses Google translate to communicate which we didn’t mind at all! The accommodation itself was extremely clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pool and the views were the best part. Very secluded and peaceful area. I would recommend renting a car as it’s away from the centre and Ubers are not as easy to get. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend. Thank you Judith for a great week!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
